I bought my car from here many years ago. They have good service.

They Toyota takes synthetic oil so it's more expensive. At first I thought they were ripping me off, but I called around and oil changes with synthetic oil are more expensive. They were right in the middle of the mark on price. I was in and out in about forty minutes. The waiting area is pleasant, no donuts but free coffee.

It was covered under warranty. They completed the service in a day. The workers are very nice and friendly. They could update their database so they have the most current information on their clients. It's a B on overall because of their system and depending on which representative I get because some of them are willing to go above and beyond and some are not.

They have always done absolutely wonderful. I've never had to wait long.  They are very clean and efficient.  Very easy to work with. I will continue to use them.

I use them because they are the dealer and they have a service coupon when you buy the car. They were right on the ball. They actually finished it as scheduled. Overall, the work that they had done for me was excellent.

Our experience with them was fine. I would probably use them in the future.

We have been using the company since 2009. My wife and daughter also have vehicles from this dealership. The mechanics did a nice job and they have great customer service. They were also very courteous and polite. I did have to wait a few hours a couple times when I went in. I just wish they had a better courtesy service for when I take my vehicle in - such as a rental for while they work on my car.

That was a good experience. It was easy, haggle-free, no pressures and the anti-cowboy experience really.

Once everything was done, they talked to me about other services that I actually need to do which unfortunately, I couldn't afford at the time, but I still hopefully can come back to them to do what's needed, little by little.

I've had three car buying experiences here. Two were decent. One was horrible.
The first time I went to look at potentially buying a Highlander, the sales woman said she needed me to sign this form in order for me to be able to take a test drive. No mention of running my credit was ever made, but the form said they may run my credit in fine print. I made it clear that I was only casually looking.
When I returned form the test drive, my credit had already been run to my surprise. I was NOT happy. Obviously I didn't buy a car that day, but returned a few weeks later to buy. I bought from a different sales person.

I always take my Toyota here because I feel since they sale Toyota's they have the most knowledge of the Toyota cars.
I always ask for Josh Baxter who is the Assistant Service Manager. He has ALWAYS taken care of ALL my problems and listens to everything I say. He takes notes and addresses all problems. I have carefree car protection (mechanical failure service contract for high mileage vehicles) insurance with $100 deductable so I have everything checked out when I hear something or think something is not right. The biggest job done was replacing front lower control arms this was done in
2011. All paid for because car had a year warranty after I bought this certified car. Also they fixed a faulty lumbar adjuster motor on seat. Thank Goodness I Had Warranty Insurance they sold me after year warranty was up. Also they fixed a faulty brakelight switch and replaced serpentine drivebelt tensioner. My 2006 4runner has 95,000 miles on it. I totally reccomend to have additional mechanical service insurance because the cost would have been alot. I know toyota's charges are more but they stand behind there work and want you happy and they want your business.

They are okay and they are not cheap. It is seven years old and last year the clear coat started to come off the paint job; I do not feel that it is reasonable for the paint to come off a car when it is just seven years old. I complained to them about it and they refused to anything about it. I would not buy another car from them. They quality of the truck is good except that the paint started coming off. They did respond but they responded in the negative; it was totally unsatisfactory.

They didn't charge me anything because I'm under warranty. They're awesome, they have comfortable wafting room and they're pretty quick. They take care of my car and I like that.

Their service is good. They tell me what services my car needs to be done as well as their estimated prices. My experience with them was pretty good. They are all service people.

The first time they serviced my car, was when I was 50 miles away from home in Pensacola. I had an emergency light come on in my car. This was the closest dealership. I called 10 min to close, told them my situation and they told to come right in. They checked the car to make sure it was safe to go on the road. Basically stayed open for me!
