Bird Dog Plumbing

Joel made 3 trips to my home to complete the work. The first visit involved removing the old pipes and rings so I could get new cabinets installed. Once the cabinets were installed, Joel returned to complete the work. When he finished installing everything, he checked to make sure everything he installed worked properly. During his inspection, he discovered a crack in one of my sinks and a leak in the fittings to one of my faucets. He disconnected the pipes and fittings to these items and returned to re-install the pipes and new fittings once I had the sink replaced and exchanged the leaking fittings. I was able to schedule all my appointments with Joel within a day or two of my phone calls to him, so I never had to wait to have the work done at my home. Joel was prompt, professional, and friendly. I would definitely hire him again.

They did a very good job. One of the faucet hoses came loose, and he came out right away and fixed the problem. There was no charge; he stood behind his work. He was just a very pleasant fellow. I had no problems with him.

My tenant called to report a leak spraying water near her hot water heater. I called Bird Dog Plumbing and they responded to the call within 30 minutes. While there, they replaced a broken flexible hose near the water heater with solid plumbing (PEX). Mr. Havner cleaned up the area and provided a quick and workmanlike repair. I was well pleased with the work, responsiveness and bill. I will definitely use them again!
