We also buy our pet supplies and food there. Their excellent. Their really good with our pet. Their cheaper than some of the local places. They do a great job. It takes a while for them to do it but that is to be expected. We leave them there and it usually takes 3-4 hours. They are professional and they way the treat my animal are the reasons I keep going back. They care about the animals. They do a good job. My dog is familiar with them and she likes them, they are very nice to her.

I don't know if they are groomers are not but they ended up cutting my animal, the groomer it was a dog and they kept calling him a her. lack of attention to detail I guess. Maintain more educated stylist.

First trip for the appointment was in vain as groomer was absent..

Next day groomer was very attentive and did a wonderful job on our dog

Their customer service is good. I am pleased with their service. If I am not happy with something they did, they will fix it. They have two ladies who works there, and I am happy with their service.

I have a 7yr old Maltese and they groom her and do a very good job. They do everything that they need to do. They have plenty of supplies. They also have organic and American made foods there as well. I have been going there for 3 years and they are the only place that I would take my dog. They are a first class service and provider.

They give us a break on the medicated bath because we have to go so often. If we take her in on Senior Day, which is Thursdays, we can get her a bath and a haircut for $49.50. They are excellent people there. They are very responsive to our needs. If we need to get her in they will take her in and work around everybody else. They are very professional.

I dropped off dog for Day Care at 9 A.M. Proprieter said to pick up dog by 5 PM. I arrived at 4:40 PM, and property was LOCKED, no one there at all - except my dog, locked inside. I went to Pet Feed store next door. Apparently, dog day care providers left for the day and left the keys with feed store! Feed store folks said they locked the doors so a stranger would not come in an steal the dog. How 'bout an EMPLOYEE to ensure that?! Dog was OK, but not in the original cage where I left her. Feed store lady said for me to stay, and she'd go get the dog. I sad "no way. I wanna see where my dog spent the day". All was OK. 1st cage which my dog occupied was unsatisfactory, filthy, torn raggedy rug on floor. 2nd caage was fine. I give 1st cage an "F", and I give 2nd cage an "A". Summary: I am riled because I expected, during day CARE that my dog would be looked after. That was not the case at all.
