+ -1 moreestimate to install transfer switch. APS promised to have serviceman next day, never showed.
Description of Work: Originally installed a 16.5 KV GENERAC whole house generator in 2009. Required three trips to install wiring correctly. Owners maintained a $495. per year maintenance contract for two visits per year. Generator transfer switch box rusted through in two years, no recommendation or assistance from the APS company. Generator base rusted and again no help from APS. In Fall of 2013, APS disconnected the generator from the house service as 'broken' during the twice a year maintenance call. Required three telcons to determine problem. APS promised to provide detailed repair estimate, never received. Owner bought new GENERAC 20 KV generator from online provider. Owner contacted APS to provide
