They have done a lot of work for me. They did a very good job. They did it fairly quickly and very professionally. I have no complaints.

It went great, and the staff from the front office to the techs were professional.

Showed up on time, were friendly, knowledgeable, located the problem, fixed it and were done in a reasonably short amount of time. Price was right. Would definitely recommend them and would certainly use them again.

I called and spoke with Kim, explaining the several small jobs that needed to be done.  She asked several questions to better understand my needs.  She was very pleasant and professional.  We scheduled an appointment for 12OCT.  Vince and Johnathan arrived right on time.  I explained my needs and they immediately went to work.  I had several dead outlets in one room and I casually mentioned that an outlet in another room worked intermittently.  They immediately knew, without examination, that this outlet was causing the outlets in the other room to not work.  Very impressive (to me).  All the work was completed within two hours.  They were professional and pleasant well beyond the norm (to me).  I had used them almost exactly two years previously, and they were outstanding during that visit as well.  They cleaned up very nicely, leaving behind no scraps. 

The price?  Well within what I had thought I would pay.  Two men, two hours each, with the bill less than $200.  They also had to supply a few parts. 

It's gratifying to do business with a company that is responsive, does quality work and offers a fair price.  I see no reason to ever have another electrical company come to the house.  I also note Armstrong has been in business many years, and my observations mentioned above are obviously the reason for this success.

They were prompt, professional, and they were also very helpful.

Had to modify the wall the panel went into because houses built in the 60's had 12 inch centers and todays circuit panel boxes are made for 16 inch centered walls. You can't tell that anything was ever done to the wall. Well done

could not ask for better

I was extremely pleased with Armstrong Electric.  Everyone I had contact with (office staff, scheduler, estimator and electricians) were top notch, very professional, dependable!!    I have an 80 year old house and there were some obvious problems:  some baseboard electric outlets were loose, coming out of the wall.  Turned out some were so old the parts had broken off on the inside - so they were safety/fire hazards.    Because of this, I asked that they inspect every single outlet in my house (21 total) - for my own peace of mind.  They did this - inside and outside and replaced the few that needed replacement, tightened up others so that I now feel safe.   While doing their inspection and testing, they showed me that I already had some bath and kitchen outlets wired as GFCI, showed me how that worked, which I didn't realize since they did not all have the GFCI type faceplates.  That was really good news for me.
They also fixed a ceiling fan that was vibrating, changed out the kitchen wall dimmer switches, fixed a pendant lamp, went under my house and did an inspection of electrical and fixed a problem with a live dangling wire.   And, finally, they solved an electrical mystery in the laundry room which had been causing problems for the former washer/dryer in there for a long time. When the W/D was turned on, sometimes the equipment would shock me and I'd seen an arc in there at one time.   Went through many appliance repair efforts, thinking it was a W/D problem.  But the appliance repair people told me it was an electrical problem.  Had 3 different electricians (from other companies )come out to assess the laundry room electric and none of them found a problem.    I gave up.  I asked the Armstrong electricians to check this out while they were here - and they found and fixed the problem!  (Cold water pipe was grounded, but the hot water was not - they fixed this.  Mystery solved.)   I also had 2 antique table  lamps that needed rewiring and they did that as well while they were here.  
They worked quickly and were very thorough, plus they patiently answered all my questions.
So glad to have found this company.  They are excellent and it is nice to find professionals  who are real experts and that I have complete confidence in. Office staff was very good and followed up on everything I requested.   Will be calling them for all my electrical work as I remodel.   They exceeded my expectations in every way.
