We had awesome pool service from and quot;Chris R.and quot; He did a fantastic job, and our pool is looking fabulous!!! Cleaning routes were recently changed, I am soooo sorry that I am not on his and quot;regularand quot; cleaning route. He was always available to answer my questions, or help.
Our actual bill for service was about $150.00 over the top end of the estimate we were given, but the service we have received from Aqua Pool and Patio, has been phenomenal so I really cannot complain.
We are now on a cleaning schedule, and if there are any problems we receive an immediate call. If I am not home when cleaning is scheduled, I receive a note in my mailbox, detailing everything that has been done.
BIGGEST THANKS TO Chris R. who went so above and beyond to help get our pool back. I definitely recommend Aqua Patio and Pool for your green pool clean up jobs, and continued pool service.

The service began going downhill after Aqua Pool took over from Jerry Lee but maintained a great quality as long as Ed worked for Aqua. For the past year I've had a parade of pool maintenance guys, most of whom did an OK job. This spring, however, the maintenance guy has been unable to keep the pool in any kind of shape. Every time I point out areas of concern, he turns it into my problem. One week to the day after he supposedly cleaned and treated the pool it the bottom is invisible due to the green water. The pool is only 4.5' deep!

I have reluctantly hired a new service, reluctantly because I have been with Jerry Lee/Aqua for 15 years.

Everything went well. I added the salt system as we were getting the pool set up and that went well. My pump developed a leak during the process of checking out the salt system and that was fixed promptly to my satisfaction.

No surprises. Prompt and on-time process.

They continually provide prompt, friendly, and accurate service. That's hard to find these days!

The company did a great job, from start to finish. We are very pleased with their work, and we would use them again. We were initially confused about the company's name. Although this company is listed as Jerry Lee Chemical Co in Angie's List, this company is also known as "Aqua Pool and Patio Co." Our invoices all said "Aqua Pool Patio Co., and that is the name on their website (www.aquapoolandpatio.com). This company has offices in Pensacola and in Fort Walton Beach and Destin. We dealt with the Pensacola branch.
