I purchased a 65 inch Samsung Tv from Walmart and paid $79 to have someone come out and mount it. The guy was an hour late. After almost 2 hours of being here, he said he needed spacers and had to go home and get them and said that he lived 8 mins away, it took 30 mins to get back. After almost 4 hours, he said we had to pay him $40 for all of the extra time it took and said he was giving us a break because Angi's list would charge us more. I told him that I didn't have it to give him. Well it almost got ugly, so my boyfriend gave it to him, I wanted to call the police, but my boyfriend said no. So I contacted Angi's List and told them what had taken place. Louiise is who I was chatting with, said they don't ask for extra money and that we could not get out money back and that the service was completed. Yes, after almost 5 hours. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN AND WILL TELL ALL OF MY FRIENDS NOT TO USE IT.
