ANDERSON'S SERVICE CTR

Overall, it was a bad experience. Made an appointment through warranty service as I was supposed to, and the company they contract with cancelled on short notice after I had taken off work to meet them. Not very professional, and they blame others for the problem.

I called in for warranty work on my dishwasher and was referred to this company by the store from where I bought my machine.  I requested a morning appointment, and Anderson's called and left a message to confirm an afternoon appointment at 4:30 PM the last business day before the day of appointment -- they close at 5.  I called back and left a message the next morning to confirm figuring it was better than nothing and I could make it work.  I took the day off rearranged my plans and they called me the afternoon of our "appointment" to reschedule because I "never confirmed the previous appointment".  The guy was rude and completely unapologetic.  The message he was conveying was clearly, "Hey that's your problem, lady, not mine."

When I tried to get another company for the warranty work, I was accidentally referred BACK again and got a different employee who was just as rude.  She argued with me, interrupted me over and over, and even yelled at me.

Needless to say I finally got referred to a different company and will never do business with Anderson's if I can help it.

The second trip was a disaster. They did not arrive as planned. they were suupose to call me at work and I would meet the repairman. Instead he showed up and said I had missed the appointment and had to reschedule.  When the part came in, they did not open the box to check the part. When he opened it in my kitchen, the part was broke, plus it was a refurbished part. According to the parts manager they used all new parts, not for me they didn't.
