My home warranty company called these guys to fix a hot water issue (so I can't speak to price; I only paid the warranty call fee). Water wasn't heating up very hot, and took a long time to reheat, due to a blown heating coil. The guy showed up two days after the call was placed, right on time, and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. He was very friendly and professional, explained what he was doing, and showed where the issue was (the blown out coil) as he fixed it. The water heater was fixed quickly, and has worked like new since then! I'd definitely call them back.

After 3.5 hours, the technician finally cleared the extremely backed up line; it was a doozy. He worked extremely hard to get it cleared and he was also very knowledgeable and informative about ways to prevent/solve plumbing issues. They also are the most fair priced in town and gave me a break due to the extent of the issue and me out there giving him a hand. I have used 4-5 different plumbers in Pensacola including them before...and Hands down--All Pro Plumbing is the best!!! I will not use anyone else but them for any future plumbing needs.

Began the saga in February. Due to the home warranty rules, I had to provide access to the faucet, i.e., have tiles removed. That process took almost 3 months to find, schedule tile removal. As soon as that happened, All Pro came out and fixed the problem. I will definitely call them even if not for home warranty work.

They performed services under my Homeowners Warranty contract with First American, so all I had to pay was the service call charge of $60. per my HOW contract.   All Pro was very professional and completed 2 jobs for me.  Also very good at explaining everything to me.    
My hot water heater needed complete flushing - had a lot of sediment from years of neglect, I guess.  It was located in an extremely difficult to reach area that required removal of a cabinet panel that had been badly installed by former homeowner.  The service professional did a great job of removing the panel in one piece and accessing the hot water heater for flushing.   Now we have clean, clear hot water.  
The other service item was a toilet that rocked back and forth.  The service person removed the toilet and found the cause of the rocking - uneven floor underneath it.    All the plumbing and fixture were in good shape, so he reseated it better and caulked it so it will be fine until I can get some floor work done.  Mystery solved.   Old houses have their challenges...
Very happy with this company, with the work they did and the way they treat their customers!!  Will call on them again for non-warranty work as well.

They were very good. I will use them again and again in the future.

The making of an appointment, waiting for the repairman, and his service call all were first class and stress free.

They showed up when they said they would. They were fair with price.
