Not good, I am still waiting for them to finish the job. Very frustrating.

I have a washing machine that would not supply "warm" water. I call Ace and they sent a service person out to diagnose and make the repairs. After diagnosing the problem he told me that the problem was the water valve, however, he did not have one on his truck. He told me where I could get one and it was very easy to install and showed me how to do it myself. He also put it on my $58.50 invoice the part number that I needed. I went to the appliance store and purchased the part for $86.32 and installed in. This did not correct the problem, when I contacted Ace I was told that it must be another part. This would cost me another $200.00. I inform them that I was not going to put that much money in a three year old machine. I ask Ace if they could or world help with the cost of the valve they their service man told me would correct the problem and I was told that because I have bought the part and installed it myself they could/would not do any thing for me. The appliance store could not take it back either because I have installed it. Now I am out the cost of a service call, incorrect diagnosing the problem, and a valve that I can not use or return. Because of the incorrect diagnoses and did not get the service I paid for I am out approximately $145.00. I did have some ice cream after eating the valve.

The service man was wonderful. Friendly, efficient and seemed very knowledgable (based on what little I know). He determined that one of the switches was not longer functioning properly. He "had the part in his truck" and replace the defective switch. He then called the office to ask for the price of the part; $168.00. More than I was expecting. He left the defective part with me. Once he left, I googled the price of the replacement part. Every price was between $40-50. (Don't most businesses get wholesale prices for parts & materials?) I called the next business day to see if there might have been some mistake. When they got back to me, I was told that this was the price they paid (with 20% makeup). I was, to say the least, disappointed. So while I had great service, I was not pleased with the $200+ bill.

From the moment I called Ace Appliance and scheduled with Deedra, I knew I was in good hands. She asked me a few questions to ensure I didn't get charged for a call. Example was to make sure I had checked my breaker box after my dryer quit working. 
LT was on time and fixed the dryer for me. He was friendly and professional. He gave me some advice on why the fuse may have blown. They are going in my address book for any future appliance rep

I called late Saturday morning. Spoke with the owner and explained I was teacher during the week and could we set an appointment. He told he would look at his schedule and call me back. If he had a cancelation, he would try to get me done that day. He called at 3:30 ,had a man available and he was at my house by 4 pm and work completed by 4:30 . My only disappointment was over charge for the part. I could have gotten from amazon for $12.50 , or the sears online for $64 , and he charged me $82. I would suggest to try to the part before they came. First time using Angie's list was recommended by family.

The repair man was very courteous but the office staff was disorganized and seemed rather unprofessional.

Ace disassembled my stacked laundry dryer to repair/oil the wheels that were making a horrible squeeling noise when in use.

I called the night before, right at 1800, closing time for Ace. To my surprise, the owner Joe answered and had me an answer for an appt later on that night. Well he had an appt the next morning which was perfect. Kent, the technician called to let me know he was on his way. When he got here, Kent was very courteous and and answered all my questions. Kent also explained what he was doing as he went along. The problem was a simple fix, and at a great price. Overall I am very pleased and Aces rating speaks for itself. Will def so business again:)

They came, looked at it, cleaned it up, and unclogged it so the sensor would work. I have used them for years and I am very happy with them. Every time I have dealt with them over the years they have fixed it the first time and never had to come back. Their prices are great as well. I would highly recommend them.

Luetee from ace appliance also gave me some helpful information about the Viking refrigerator, about why the produce in the produce drawer was freezing, this guy knows his stuff and will go the extra mile to make sure his customer is satisfied and the job gets done correctly. Finally i can enjoy the appliances the way that they are made to be used, and not have to worry about a puddle of water on the floor, what a relief!

Came to fix my fridge, didn't overcharge, no made up diagnosis, did an honest job the right way.
