they were quick to come out with estimate.they were quick to get heater installed. all runs great. just wish they could have been more helpful filling out the rebate form,there were items i was not familiar with,such as model number of heater, permit number and inspection sticker and time of inspection.but fast,efficient and did not leave a mess,would recommend them with no problem

Did not know much about plumbing, so they added a line and it has cut my water pressure in half for that line. I do not like the finished product.

"If you're not happy with the finished product or have issues with pressure we warranty all of our work and will be glad to fix it. We added a hose bibb and installed the pipe down the wall where you told us to put it."
