They were fast to respond and we immediately scheduled an appointment for the next morning. They arrived on time and discussed and my issues and concerns. In a short time they completed the inspection of sprinkler system, changed the bad sprinkler heads and adjusted the others. Their charge was more than fair and their work was very professional and customer friendly. I highly recommend Pacific Lawn Sprinkler and will use their services again.

I submitted a review but I can't tell you where it was. So if it happened to be on your site my apologies for the duplication. The review however does not change. Pacific sent out a nice young man by the name of Hunter who worked very hard to get my issue straightened out. Ultimately he did, and now I'll need a well specialist. In any event I will be calling Hunter back eventually to get my sprinkler heads back to being right with the world and functional. He was absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

They kept me apprised of all the costs involved every step of the way. The job required 3 separate visits and I didnâ t pay a dime until the whole job was completed. The service rep. Angel and his helper Matt were very professional. The initial service was the spring startup of my lawn sprinkler system. Once the system was operable it was pointed out that it had 2 underground leaks. The leaks were immediately repaired and the system retested for any further problems.

Always get fantastic service from PLS in Charlotte, NC. Use them for spring start-up, fall winterizing, and back flow test. Professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Put in very extensive landscaping a couple years and very concerned about keeping it maintained. Recommend this company in Charlotte area.
