"Pressure washed with water only. Had plenty of extensions to reach high places like second story windows and gutters. Did a pretty good job of removing surface dirt, grime, etc., that would come off with pressurized water only. However, tore through two screens by spraying too close. Also could not get some areas clean and blamed the paint. Don't know if that's true but will seek a company that uses a chemical cleaning solution in the future.

"I have been using Sham Shield for various power washing needs for several years always with good results. Sham Shield has cleaned my roof, swimming pool enclosure and RV roof and removed leaves from the roof in between cleanings. Zac's pricing is fair, he knows how to use a light touch when necessary, he does a good job and he is very reliable. Zac truly takes pride in his work and that's not easy to find these days."

"It took us awhile to connect and schedule a definite time, my fault as I was traveling quite a bit at the time. They came to the house prior to starting the job to see what needed to be done. He calculated the amount of paint I would need for the job. I bought it at Sherman Williams. Got a great discount as he let me buy under his account? They showed up at the agreed upon time, painted everything I had asked, cleaned up and were out when they said they would be. Friendly, helpful pleasant, trustworthy guys:)

"I called Richard after finding him on Angie's list and made an appointment for an estimate. Richard arrived on time and we looked over all areas to be cleaned. I was surprised at the amount that he gave me and we set a date.
Richard arrived not only on time but even a bit early. I am impressed with how thorough he was and how patiently he went about his business. Richard did a fantastic job and the house and walks look like new. I found him to be very friendly courteous and professional. I will use his services again and I highly recommend him for any of his advertised services."
