Art is excellent. His price was very reasonable. He even discounted it because he was a few hours late arriving. He came with less than a weekâ s notice and did an extremely thorough job.

Art Eckert sets the bar high for other building inspectors. Each time I used him, he has been very respectful, professional, and courteous. His reports have been very timely and thorough. He calls to give me a verbal review before following up with the finished document, leaving me with a clear understanding of discrepancies.
