I live outside the the US and it was important for me to have someone who can identify the problem, come with the best solution and look at the cause of the problem (My pool heater got so corroded after 3 years of use, that it needed to be replaced) and see what needs to be done in order to avoid the same situation within short time. Phil and Janet were very responsive and professional. I would definetly recommend using their services next time. I know I would.

Our pool heater packed in on Friday night and we e-mailed Phil. Within an hour, he phoned us and arranged to call round next morning. After inspecting our heater, he showed us the problem, and gave us our options. We decided to go for a new heater and it was fitted and working by Tuesday lunch time. A few hours later, we were back swimming in our lovely warm pool, which heats up much quicker and is more economical to run. Our last heater took 24 hrs to heat!! Phil (and his son) are very professional and don't pressure you for a sale. Would certainly recommend the Pool Heater Guy.

They were great. They came out quick, installed the new pool heater and explain the features to me. From beginning to end they kept me informed of the process and delivered the goods. In additiion they were very friendly and honest which is a great plus. My family and I can now enjoy our pool once again!!! Highly recommended.

Phil, Janet and John are wonderful. From the moment I called to have a pool heater installed they were fantastic. Fast, friendly and good communication. The price was good too. I had a Natural gas pool heater installed and it looks great and works great at a great price what more can one ask for. This is a family business and they know how to treat their clients, don't call anybody else for pool services this is the only company you need to deal with. The best price and the best service, need I say more. "Just do it" call them now. P.S-No monetary reward was received for writing this review, I am just a happy customer. :))
