The finished report was thorough with pictures to easily identify the problem areas. He was very informative and made sure to explain what was and was not an immediate fix. Our realtor commented she hadn't seen such a great inspection in her 18 years on the job. Definitely recommend.

Michael was fantastic. He was quick to reply to any communication. I was able to be present at the inspection and he was patient with my first time home buyer questions.

Mike was great! His inspection was thorough and he spent a good deal of time at our new home. He provided some helpful FYI's in his detailed report and we've called him several times since for his suggestions and expertise. Mike is very personable and I would recommend him highly.

Mike and his partner showed up early and got right to work. Total pleasure to work with and provided very detailed report after the inspection was completed. Explained everything as he went through the house, showing us things that we should know about as we went through the process. Very professional but also very personable and patient. I hope to not need another inspection but should I or anyone I know need one, this is the first company on my list!

Michael was great! He made sure to explain everything that he discovered in detail and in terms that were easy to understand, considering I of course don't know much about home inspections. He was friendly and seemed to do a thorough job with the inspection. He even did some research before and after leaving the home to see if additional inspections were actually needed as he didn't want me to pay for something that wasnt unnecessary. Great experience and I'd definitely recommend him to anyone who needs an inspection.
