Mike was quick to respond to request for service. He explained thoroughly on the phone the service he performs and all options that were available with his service. No hidden fees or additional selling points. Day of inspection he arrived early, was on roof, in attic and all other areas of the house. After inspection completed sat and explained everything about the inspection as well as showing the photos he took. Let me know what he thought was minor or important. Within hours had all inspection forms that were agreed upon. No problems here.

Mike provided an outstanding service. Did a thorough home inspection-even crawled the attic with minimum headroom. He will do a final walk through pointing out all the faults and possible items that should be addressed. Provided a handy binder full of useful information and very organized. Final Report received the next day. A+++

Mike contacted me within minutes of my Home Advisor inquiry. I explained what I needed and we made arrangements for him to come out the next day. He arrived at the appointed time and conducted his inspection, including taking the necessary photographs. He emailed his complete report later that afternoon. A few days later, I needed to follow up with him because our underwriter wanted his signature on his report. I emailed him a scanned copy of his report; within 3 hours he emailed a newly scanned copy of his report with signature. Now that is service! I would recommend Mike without reservation.
