Do not trust this location! I will remove my review if action is taken but until then... our car was taken last week. oil change and battery was paid for. The next day while running errands I got a low engine oil notification. Finally after calling and calling the car was picked up and after speaking to deysha it was pretty much said they forgot to perform the oil change. Today they said it was just calibrated incorrectly. If oil change was performed you should know exactly how much oil needs to go in not just add TWO quarts a few days after an oil change. After trying to contact again I was told they only topped off the oil so my oil change was never done!!! Waiting to hear back since we were granted a free oil change (mind you it was never done in the first place) why not just do the oil change? Last time they accused us of lying about a matt then when checked they found it this time they really want to argue a simple oil change. Even with a free oil change I don’t plan on coming back after years of business with this location the fact that they would play with someone’s vehicle this way is REPULSIVE.

My car is a lease so I get free maintenance. It usually takes about an hour or two tops. The workers are very thorough. The do the work fast. They will schedule things on the weekends.

My front drivers door lock stopped working ENTIRELY (handles also). Turns out the actuator needed replacing. My adviser at Fields let  me know that the drivers door only would be $560 or if I did both front actuators from a kit it would be $780 meaning I risk shelling out over a thousand dollars if I only replace the one now and the other one breaks later, so I had both done. The dealership was friendly and had a convenient night drop (loaners are available but hard to get). Very professional and courteous staff if you have questions during the .

Great. My vehicle was due for its last service before reaching 50,000 mile mark (end of warranty). They were very polite and professional. They offered me the option of a complimentary car wash. They have a nice, spacious facility with even a kids lounge, which my 4 year old loved. They had a terrific guy who shuttles people around to drop me off at Florida Mall while I waited. No problems with the service, although my husband seems to think it now makes a noise that it didn't before, which just sounds like a belt to me. Only other bummer was that they could not do the oil change since it is not due for another couple thousand miles, but I think it is a BMW thing, not a Fields thing. I would definitely use them again.

I have been going there for 13 years. I like my BMW and I want it to be treated well. The service has always been good. I would recommend them to a friend or family member. The price is higher then most but they negotiate with me.
