Addition to Existing Structure Building Service

Norman and Andrea have been wonderful to work with throughout our home addition design process. They are responsive and available by phone, text, and email to answer any questions or concerns. They are great at keeping you in the loop at every step. Working on a design for a home with two engineers is challenging and they have kept up with our many questions and suggestions for each aspect of our home design. We are excited to continue our working relationship with Edificium and would highly recommend them to others looking for home renovations or additions.

We had a great experience working with Edificium. They were able to take down a wall and place a new support beam into the subfloor so the transition is flawless! New countertops, lighting, garbage disposal button and wiring. Cleaned up everything after construction as well. I would highly recommend them!
