Description of Work: Chip has done work on my car since I found him on Angie's list a few years ago. He is the best. When I once had an issue that puzzled him,he took it to dealership. No luck there,back to Chip. He paid for a rental until he figured it out. Highly recommend

Description of Work: replaced tension arm, belt and installed a new battery work was done on my son's car. he is in college and lives on campus.(not close to home so long distance for me) Mr. Culpepper was very patient and very helpful. I would recommend him and use him again for any more car problems.

Description of Work: Chip did a great job. I was looking for someone I could trust for my parents, who are approaching 80 and people seem to take advantage of them. I was determined to find someone who would treat them with respect, do a good job, and overall be honest about the job done. He was that. He is their mechanic now.

Description of Work: I have used him numerous times for my car and my daughter's car. I drive a Subaru with over 200,000 miles. I was driving on I-95 when all the lighting went. I am not too sure of the reason as this was about 1 year ago, but if I recall correctly the total cost to bring it back to life was about $1,000.00. I totally trust him; I recommended Chip to my colleague, who has also used him. She too has been happy with his services - never a hard sale.

Description of Work: Last service was just for an oil change for my husband's car. We have been using Culpepper's Automotive service for many years for both of our automobiles. His prices are fair, his service excellent and we would not consider using any other garage in the area. On the few occasions when we have had a problem, he has fixed or re-done the work at no cost to us. |We have recommended him to friends and family and they are all very satisfied customers also.

 + -1 moreHe is always reasonable and will not do anything without telling me. He comes in under budget and the car is clean when I get it without any greasy fingerprints. I spent $1000 the last time. They have been in business for a long time. He is honest and if something does not need fixing, he will tell me.
Description of Work: I use Chip Culpepper Auto Service for auto service and repair. The last time I used them was within the last month to change the timing belt. We use them regularly.
