Freestyle did an amazing job. Everyone was great to work with and very responsive. They broke ground when they said they would and competed the project within the time period that was promised to us. Great company with very good customer service as well!

They were professional. Always cleaned up. Quotes came in and matched actual costs. They had a wide selection of finishes. Courteous and prompt. It took a little longer than planned, but we had a lot of rain.

The project went well. The superintendent, Mike, was very responsive and professional. Janet at the office was a big help.

All went well from start to finish. Just like the pool job they did for me.

FreeStyle guys were great - pool went from unattractive with deteriorating fiberglass to truly beautiful. The job took a little longer than originally estimated, but that was mostly due to finding old cracks in the original pool concrete that had to be repaired. They also did extra things like rebuilding the skimmer area so it worked better and installing a new skimmer. When we had a few issues, like one of the new pavers around the skimmer broke, or the new grout was the wrong color, they came back right away and fixed it immediately. They were also clean and neat around the work area. The sub that installed the actual PebbleTec was not neat at all - made a huge mess, killed a plant, left trash, etc. But that was not the FreeStyle staff - all the FreeStyle staff were great.

I had quotes from 3 other top rated pool companies and that all the prices were very close. They did a great job and were very professional. I would highly recommend them.

We have worked with many companies on large jobs and have to say that Freestyle Pools was by far one of the best companies we have ever worked with. From start to finish... they were incredible. They were always on time and never missed a day when they were suppose to show up. Our sales person Mike was extremely informative. He was always available when needed. Our Foreman Frank was also fantastic as was the office help- Janet. Every aspect of the job was exceptional. There were some changes that Mike brought to our attention. He actually could have avoided telling us in order to make his job easier but otped to tell us regardless of the extra work that Freestyle would have to do. We would highly recommend his company !!

Mark Osborne (owner) was professional from start to finish. Mike, the supervisor, was too. I enjoyed and felt great about the entire process.

The Representative arrived for the estimate on the scheduled date and on time. This was the highest estimate that we received (even though we did not include a pump replacement). Interestingly the two lower estimates we received did include replacing the pump; which we decided to include as we were progressing through the process. If this had been a more reasonable estimate we would have requested to have the pump included in the estimate. The Representative was very informative and contacted us after we had decided to go with another company to wish us well with the project.

Freestyle Pools was a pleasure to deal with thru every step of the process. Mick was patient and the most knowledgable of all the pool company estimators that we met with (and let me tell you, I met with a lot of them!) Once we signed a contract, they immediately began applying for permits and had them in hand within a week. At that time, Frank, the project manager came to the house and began laying the form for the pool. The excavator company, the rebar guy, and the concrete company (all subcontractors) were all courteous and friendly. They chatted with us and explained exactly what they were doing. They were respectful of the fact they were working literally feet from our family room and kitchen and never made alot of noise (ie loud talking, radio playing, etc). Anytime a small glitch arose, all I had to do was call my office contact, Janet, and she'd have the issue addressed in minutes. While building a pool is not a perfect science and issues will arise as no two jobs are alike, Freestyle Pools differentiates itself through their superior customer service and they deliver in that capacity. Even the smallest of concerns were met with quick visits from the project manager. Best of all, Freestyle Pools built our 14x30 pool, re-covered an existing patio, and laid extra decking in five weeks, from beginning to completion- and that's with a week delay because the stone company delivered the wrong travertine to the house! I really felt like the whole company made it their mission to get this pool done in record time so my children could swim before it became too cold. While Freestyle didn't have the lowest estimate of all the pool companies, they were the only company that asked what our budget was and then worked several designs based on that budget. Ours was a modest project, and most of the higher-end pool companies had the attitude that we were lucky if they decided to take our business. But Freestyle's attitude seemed to be that they wanted to earn our business, regardless of the project size or budget. I have heard absolute horror stories from friends and family about unscrupulous pool companies so I decided when choosing a builder, I would be extra careful about selecting not the least expensive option, but the best quality option I could afford. I am so happy that I did. For about $1000 extra, I didn't have to babysit Freestyle or their subcontractors to make sure the work was done on time and up to spec. I know their follow up service record is impeccable, so I don't have to worry if anything should ever happen to my pool in the future. I have already recommended Freestyle to a contractor friend of mine and to a neighbor who is going to build a pool in the near future. I hope that they will both use the company and be as happy as we are about our new backyard! Thank you again Mick, Frank, and Janet for making this experience headache-free!

Freestyle Pools were very professional from start to finish. Everything was completed in a timely manner. Their worksmanship was very good.

We want to share how much we appreciate working with Freestyle Pools, an Angie's List member. Our pool was remodeled 6 yrs. ago and it was beautifully and professionally done by Freestyle Pools. Mike Gans, project manager, and his crew should be acknowledged for a job well done. Following the remodeling, we hired a paver company recommended by Freestyle to complete the deck restoration. It is now 4 yrs. later and we had noticed some deterioration under some of the pavers outside the pool enclosure...................... We called the paver company who declined to take care of the problem. We then called Freestyle Pools and spoke directly with Mark Osborne, co-owner. He came out promptly and took care of every detail of the repair, despite the fact that we were out of warantee. In addition, we were told the paver company should have taken responsibility for the problem. We recommend Freestyle Pools without reservation. They are responsible, professional and dependable

They did a beautiful job. It could have gone faster (at least for us), but its lovely. They addressed any issues if resolved then quickly.

The entire project went extremely well. We were impressed from start to finish with Mick's creativity and patience, with the levels of communication among the various groups of workers and between Freestyle and us. There was always someone to answer any questions we had, including Mick at 7:30 in the morning when I thought the framework didn't look quite right at the beginning of the project. He came over at once to reassure me. We also had a visit from the co-owner of the company whose goal was to make sure we were satisfied and find out if we had any questions at the end of the project. I have strongly recommended Freestyle Pools to our neighbors who are considering redoing their pool and patio settings, and would not hesitate to call on them again for anything we wanted to have done. They deserve the strongest accolades Angie's List can give them.

Wow! It was fast. It went well. The permit was issued within days. They told us that they would be done in six weeks, and I believe that it only took about a month when they started the digging. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable. The pool looks great. It cleaned up real nice. They came back and cleaned the pool and balanced the chemicals. Frank and Jose answered all my questions as I thought of them, and let me get familiar with the operation of my pool equipment at my pace. Thanks Freestyle, we highly recommend your services. We truly appreciated the high level of professionalism everyone has shown from beginning to end. It's great to see a company stand behind it's name, commitments, and quality.

Customer service. Top notch customer service can make an average company better than average, but it can also make an already great company an outstanding one, and that would describe Freestyle Pool and Spa, in Oldsmar. A year ago, I had some pool work done to replace the waterline tile and redo the old plumbing. At the time, I had contracted with a landscaping company who recommended Freestyle Pool for the work. Freestyle did the work, exactly as planned, no surprises, no complaints. End of story, almost. A year later, I had begun to notice discoloration in one section of the tile. One of the owners, Bob Osborne came out and immediately saw the issue and agreed to replace that section of tile. When it came time to do the work, he came out again and noticed that the entire batch of tile previously used was defective and had begun to crack, which is why the discoloration was spreading. Without hesitation, Bob calmly said they would replace all of the tile, at absolutely no cost to me?including refilling the pool which had to be drained to do the repair work. The replacement tile looks amazing! The quality of the work is superb, the professionalism of the workers was outstanding (again), and the personal attention given by one of the owners of the company was absolutely incredible! Bob?s friendly attitude made me feel like a very special client; he was genuinely sincere in his desire to resolve all of the issues. I believe Freestyle Pools and Spas is such an extraordinary company because of the leadership of its owners, Bob and Mark Osborne. They have set the ?quality? bar very high. They have instilled excellent work ethic in their employees?from the gals who answer the phones, to the workers?and they have excelled in one of the most important aspects of a highly successful business, incredible customer service. Our pool was elevated and close to the house which made the entire project tricky. The pool is actually higher than our home and seawall! Bob Osborne, one of the owners, came out in the beginning with our designer/sales person, Mike McAvey. He added great ideas/solutions and we heard how important excellence is for his company. Our project foreman, Mike Gann, was a perfectionist to the smallest detail. His entire crew carried his ethics throughout the project. Building projects can be grueling, but he and his team always had concern for us first. A contractor who was working here also, said he has worked around pool builders for years. He added he has never seen any of the others do the many extras they did here. They enlarged our decking and added a new patio that is just stunning. We went from an old plaster pool to one with beautiful Pebble interior, mosaic turtles swimming and gorgeous Traver tine. The transformation has gone way beyond our expectations! We have recommended them to everyone we talk to!!!

They are good people. I ended up having to cancel everything with them, but they were very workable.
