Description of Work: They worked on a ham transceiver that did not send. They found used tubes, and installed them and tried the unit out. Everything was done on time and for the price quoted.

 + 1 morePrior to purchasing the televisions and installation the owner withheld and gave misleading information. The owner stated a plug could be installed on the wall behind the televisions so no wires would be hanging down. Not explained was the installation of a large plug at the base of the wall with the electrical and satellite cords exposed. No explanation was provided that the large plugs at the base of the wall cost an additional $90 each. Subsequently, the owner stated his installers are not qualified to do any electrical installations. This requires a certified electrician. The owner also stated that one of the televisions I purchased included WiFi. It was not until after the TV was installed that I was told activating WiFi would cost an additional $80 for an adapter. Subsequently, the owner provided an adapter (at no cost to me) which enables me to access the Internet via Wi-Fi. I am very disappointed in this business owner. I do not trust him or his installers to tell the truth. I believe they withheld information in order to add undisclosed costs and provided misleading information in order to provide a less than satisfactory installation. Subsequently, the owner has worked to rectify the perceived shortcomings. He has been earnest and forthright in developing good customer relations. I would do business with this owner in the future.
