"I?m very disappointed that we have had zero to no communication since two weeks ago when I brought to A2Z?s attention that the interior patio sealer that was completed 8/2025 was peeling. We paid $1600+ to have our driveway pavers, rear stone outdoor patio and indoor stone patio presssure washed and sealed. Everything was beautiful for the first 30 days. The indoor patio stone sealer started flaking and peeling. I have sent a total of 6 message via text and cell phone voicemails for the repair. 2 week ago I received a call from the owner Anna that they would ?squeeze me in? to come look at the patio. Still no one has come by and I have kept leaving messages Sadly I?m at the point that I will need to hire another person this week to pressure wash all of this off and make repairs. I do not recommend using this company."

Prompt on time arrival through to the clean up of all material, including looking for any fallen nails with a metal detector, I am more than happy with Freeman Roofing. "My carport roof had some serious water damage and since it was original to the house I decided to replace the roof along with a small front porch roof. Once we finally got the city permit and got back into the schedule, the work was completed in one day with some follow-up painting a few days later. Three sheets of sheathing, about 15ft of facia and the 2 X 8 backing the facia had to be replaced. I was impressed they used a pressure treated 2 X 8 when all the existing rafters were pine. In replacing the porch roof, some of the existing stucco had to be removed and replaced requiring repainting to match the existing yellow paint. Perfect match. Cleanup of the old roof trash was excellent. I found one small piece of tarpaper in the shrubs and none in the yard or driveway. Bottom line is I was very pleased with the great work Greg and his crew did. I would definitely recommend A Tite Seal roofing."

"Beware of Leaf Filter sales pitch starting at an outrageous amount that quickly, after a “multitude of discounts” arrives at a still outrageous amount, but makes you believe you are getting a “REAL DEAL”. Smooth talking, 6’ 5” Lamar had an excellent command of product knowledge and installation, but when a problem arose with the installer on the job, he suddenly became “Mr. Milk Toast” and told me I needed to contact Customer Service as he was just “the low man on the pole.” Long story short after signing contract installation was “amazingly” set up for next day 8/8/24 window of 8am -12 Noon. Installer arrived at 11:30am with no explanation as to why. Worked 2 1/2 hours installing 67 Linear Feet with no repair or replacement of gutters only to clean out some leaves. Then went to lunch returning around 3pm to continue work which necessitated him working on roof of one-story home around pool cage. He quickly advised me that there were soft spots on my 3 1/2-year new roof replacement and he was quite adamant that he was going to fall through my roof. He wanted to cut the screens in the pool cage so he could work from below. Lamar agreed that cutting screens wasn’t really an option and I should just pay the installer the $2515 for work completed and he would look into it. The following week he said he had to side with his installer. I didn’t realize that their installers are also experienced, licensed roofers. Hmmm I immediately called my local Volusia County, FL roofer with 28 years of experience and well thought of in my community and he sent a foreman out the next morning to check the roof. Both he and another roofer friend, separately determined that the roof was safe and the work could certainly be completed. In fact, I did have the additional 100 Linear Feet completed by someone else for half the price I paid Leaf Filter for 67 LF and in a much more timely and professional fashion from above on the roof. I can only wonder what their life time warranty and customer service experience would be like once they got paid and be thankful that I only suffered a couple of days of anxiety and concern that my roof was caving in and saved thousands of dollars."
