"Other reviews on here are definitely biased. Go look at any other review website to see real reviews. Have had this internet service for a year (because there are no other options) and they are terrible. Very slow internet with awful range. They cap your data and charge for overages (it's 2020?!?). I moved and had to cancel - guess what? No where to stop service online, you have to call and wait on the phone for 20 minutes to talk to someone and ask for a cancellation. They charge you for another 7 days after you cancel (because it takes that long to press a button?!??). And then if they've already charged you for a month, they have to get your new address so they can send you a check by mail. They can't for some reason deposit it into the banking account that you already have connected??? Also she didn't even ask for my new address, I had to ask her about how to get the refund, and then when told by mail, I had to request that she send it to my new address! This company is extremely penny pinching it's ridiculous. Avoid them if you can."
