I build patio cover, aluminum panel roofs, I have 0 employees, I'm a sole proprietor of Russell's Screens & Repairs. I have 13 years experience, I offer military and senior discounts. Upon contact I'll come out to your house and do measurements of the job, upon signing of the estimate I require 50% upfront to cover materials, and the balance is due upon completion.
"terrible. he took my deposit and never did the work and has not provided refund which he agreed to do. He said several times he was on the way to do the owrk, or other excuses for over a month after the expected completion date .He also has given 2 bad addresses making it hard to file a lawsuit"
