"Good News: Window World installed new windows in my whole house in March 2014. They are Double Hung White 4000, Obscure Glass, Solarzone ELite Low E/Argon Gas filled. Bad News: January 2017, one window cracked on the inside for unknown reason. Good News: Window World was responsive and replaced the window. Bad News: January 2018, two windows developed spots inbetween the double paned glass. Good News: Window world ordered replacement windows and I am awaiting delivery and installation at this time. So far, I have my doubts about the quality of workmanship in manufacture of Window World windows. When I initially called Window World for replacement windows in 2014, I was certain I was calling the best there is. Now.........."

First, doing this review now lets me tell you that our new metal roof made it through Hurricane Michael with flying colors. We had other storm damage ($25,000 worth) but the roof did fine. The job was done on schedule though interrupted by two afternoon heavy rain events. First class installation by a team that showed up on-time each morning, worked hard and got along well together. They were proud of their work and and cleaned up the site when done even using a magnetic sweeper to lift any roofing nails that might have fallen. The roof we chose was white which made our house really stand out over the gray siding and white trim. Moreover, our HVAC bills were lowered (I track it). Last, I want to tell you that Guyson are more than just roofers after your money. They are fine local people. Recently, my 94 year-old neighbor climbed on his roof to do some repairs. He fell off the roof onto a concrete pad and spent 5 days in intensive care. 20-some staples in his head, boot on his left leg and badly bruised ribs but super lucky to be alive. Needless to say, he's not going to get on the roof anytime soon. I get "the cat claws" when I'm on a pitched roof. So I called Guyson and when they heard the story they came out and looked at the job. Although they are swamped and this is a small job they're gonna do finish the repair anyway. God love 'em. BTW, my neighbor's fall is how I found out I never finished this review I started in 2017."
