First Premier Pool & Spa, LLC

I recently purchased a home that was in foreclosure. I called First Premier Pool & Spa and spoke to Pat. He came out the same day and gave me a quote to drain and acid wash my pool. He also took the time to show me my pool equipment (I've never had a pool and had no clue what all those valves were). He also reviewed the weekly service packages they offer. I signed up for their weekly pool service for only $20 per week. I've had them now for the past three months and must say we are extremely happy with their services. I would highly recommend them!

I was so frustrated with my pool service that, in haste, I called Home Advisor based upon TV commercials. I'm so happy I did and Home Advisor will be my first stop for other work I need in the future. No work performed yet, they start next week that is the reason by I'm unable to rate a couple of the categories. However, based upon my experience so far, I expect the rest will be 5.0s as well. I had reservations with my current service, doubted they were providing adequate service so I called First Premier. Pat came out that day and immediately sampled my water, explained his service packages, and left me a nice welcome package. He will only charge you for the service he provides so if he's unable to perform all the functions in the package you select due to bad weather or holidays, he will only charge you for the service he performs. He will also leave you a business card with the date/time and service he performed. Nothing my previous pool service provided did. In the spirit of discretion, I will not provide the name of that pool service but if anybody is interested, I can tell you who NOT to hire. Pat was very pleasant, knowledgeable, courtesy and professional; he has already put my mind at ease. I'm impressed and very happy I made the switch, should have done it much sooner.

Due to the recent heavy rains my pool to green. I called several pool service companies and got voice mail or unhelpful staff who wanted me to take pictures and send to them. That's when I had enough. I singed on to Home Advisors and was matched with First Premier Pool & Spa. I called and spoke to Pat. He was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He came out that day and gave me a no hassle quote. Needless to say I agreed and my pool was cleared up in 5 days! I also signed up for weekly service and they have been servicing my pool for the past 4 months. They have been doing an excellent job.l and my pool looks great. I would strongly recommend First Premier Pool & Spa to all my friends and family.
