I am typically circumspect when hiring someone for their services, especially when its in an area that I have little expertise. Pat patiently listened and answered all my questions using understandable language and going as deep as I needed to be satisfied about hiring him. After winning my business, he immediately delivered by reversing a green pool situation. He won my trust to service our routine maintenance needs and has been refreshingly responsive and helpful on other non-routine issues that have popped up. I perceive this is not just a job for Pat; it's a business and profession he takes great pride in to serve his customers with excellence.

I actually hired Pat to get me started on how to use Hot Tub. It is sort of Hot Tub School. Pat did amazing job and is very thorough in explaining the whole work flow. He is very good at teaching and I would highly recommend him.

First class billing systems and with providing updates on other possible repairs needed for pool mechanical issues of which he doesn't specialize in, yet gave me referrals to handle.

Pat has been excellent to work with. He provided an estimate for maintaining our pool and then was able to add us to his schedule right away. My husband and I both agree that our pool looks excellent and our vacuum system even seems to be running better after Pat was there. We are very happy with our decision to have Pat and his company clean and maintain our pool.

We purchased a foreclosure with a swamp as a pool this past December. We saw First Premier Pool & Spa on HomeAdvisor and read their reviews and decided to give them a try. They came out the same day for a free quote. Pat was extremely professional and informative and gave us all of our options. We decided to have them drain and acid wash the pool and they were able to schedule the job the same week. It was a fast and easy experience and we were able to use the pool that weekend! We also decided to sign up for the weekly full service cleaning. Pat has always been reliable and has kept our pool clean.
