American Gutter was founded by Keith Chapman in August of 1997 and became incorporated in February 2000. Keith is a State Certified Specialty Structure Contractor. We also have certified building contractors and several highly skilled aluminum technicians and sheet metal fabricators. To be centrally located to our customer base, we have constructed a commercial building on SR 100 in Keystone Heights, Florida where we maintain our office and lease space to two additional businesses. We take pride in our excellent services. We can always be reached by email or by phone. We have a very courteous staff that receives & returns phone calls promptly, Monday – Friday. Our office is located at 322 SE Hwy 100, Suite A, Keystone Heights, FL., 32656.
"I tried to hire American Gutter Inc to repair a gutter and clean the downspouts. I was told it would be a few days before someone would be able to make it out to give me an estimate. The first week goes by and I hear nothing. I call and they say the estimate will happen in a couple days. Second week, same situation. I call again and was told someone will be out the next day. The person finally showed as there was a card on my door when I got home. I did not hear anything from this company for over a week. I call again. The rep says they are waiting on the person who did the inspection to write up his estimate, I will have it in my email in a couple days. Three weeks after the initial phone call, one week after the inspection, still nothing. I call...again. The rep gives the same excuse as before, still waiting on the inspection to be written up. One more week goes by, I call...again. The rep says he has the estimate in his hand and will email it immediately. Its now been over a month and that was the last I have heard from American Gutter Inc. I am done calling...again. I will give my money to a business that won't waste over a month of my time and has the decency to actually follow up with their would be customers. I suggest you do the same."
