"Kyle does a walk through with you every morning and evening to discuss what's happening and to show you what's done. At any time, you can show him if you are not satisfied and he will 100% fix it to your satisfaction. He is a professional roofer with 26 years of experience and he's a very friendly guy. He is one of the most honest people you will meet. Kyle is also a perfectionist and keeps a very close eye on his crew and gets on the roof with them and works as hard as they do if not harder. His crew is very professional also and no one goes without a shirt on the job site nor is cursing allowed. He also brings a porta potty to the job site and removes it when they finish. They are very thorough and lay down material to catch the debris and nails. When the job is complete, they even do several trips around the job site using a magnet to find nails. "Very Professional - This was a time critical job since I desired to put house on market in immediate future. Mr. Jefferys was professional during & timely in providing job inspection and quote. Demolition of existing concrete driveway & sidewalk was efficiently & effectively executed as agreed on the morning of day one and base installed and compacted in the afternoon. The following morning asphault was placed and compacted to specifications. In addition he dressed the edges of both the drive & sidewalk with fresh topsoil. Mr. Jefferys and his employees had all heavy equipment necessary of the complete project efficiently & professionally. He maintained a clean workplace throughout the project and provided a one year warranty on materials & workmanship. "All these bad reviews are true. Myer Small with Road Pros promised in writing 1 year warranty but does not back his work. I paid $21,000 for him to poured asphalt on my private driveway, and two weeks later small grass started growing on several parts of the asphalt, now 9 months later grass is everywhere on the asphalt. He promised to comeback and fix the problem but never did. He will not return any of my phone calls, emails or texts. From the looks of these reviews seems like he is been doing this to allot of people."
