Office hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with available voice mail during closed hours. Saturday and Sunday inspections also available by appointment and availability. When purchasing a home, one of the most important steps to educate yourself on the condition of the property is to get a Home Inspection. AmeriSpec of NE Florida has been performing Home and Commercial Inspections since 1992. All of our Inspectors are ASHI Certified and Florida licensed with a minimum of 2 years experience. We pride ourselves on the ease of understanding our written report and the fact that we make ourselves available to you should you have questions after the inspection process is complete. Services we offer

We offer phase construction, new home, general, pre-listing, 1-year warranty, commercial inspections, WDO, 4 point insurance, and wind mitigation inspections. The general home inspection is a 400 point visual inspection of the property including electrical, plumbing, roof, windows, doors, exterior condition, most appliances & lawn sprinkler systems.

Services we don't offer

Mold remediation, radon testing, septic systems, refrigeration, washer and dryers & water softners.
