"I hired Brian long distance based on prior reviewers and his responsiveness and demeanor during our initial phone call. We had an empty rental property we were getting ready for sale. The whole house was dusty due to painting contractors and in need of a thorough, deep cleaning. Brian estimated he and his crew would be there approx. 3 hours and we agreed on a price. They ended up working 5 hours and the price did not change. Kitchen cabinets were wiped down, closets and bathrooms were cleaned, windows were washed inside and out, ceiling fans were dusted, window blinds cleaned, etc. etc. The house is “move-in ready.” My local representative said it was immaculate.
