I contact them and explain the issue, they told me just take a couple of pictures and send it to us of the issue so they can get an idea of what needed to be done received a quote right away and within a couple of days they came out and performed the work. Couldn't be more pleased.

We were told when we signed the contract that their work would be guaranteed for a set amount of time. However, after the work was completed that guaranteed disappeared. We paid for two designs to be installed in the bottom of the pool but one has discolored after a year and other were installed with humps around them. There is actually a 1" raised area around the designs. In addition to this his workers poured out their concrete waste on our newly sodded yard and broke a branch off a citrus tree. We only have one tree is our yard. They did, however, resod a very small section of our yard but the damage to surrounding plants had been done.

LOOK NO FURTHER! My wife and I had a half dozen pool companies come out and Younique Pools were not the cheapest or most expensive, but without question seemed the most trustworthy and honest. Our intuitions were right, because everything came out beyond our expectations! The project came in on time and on budget. Their professionalism and quality of work is without question an A+++.

Younique cleans our pools and maintains the filter systems. We have 4 pools in our association and there are 2 pools next to my building. Our systems are complex because they have a self leveling feature and they are heated and chilled. We have a couple trees that hang over our pools and are a real problem in the spring shedding leaves and Younique will spend all the time it takes to get our pools clean and sparkling.

the pool refinish team did a super job the three worked very well like a well oil team. along with the skimmer installation person. the other people were good also. Very happy with the total job. It was done very timely, start to finish.

The first day the manager came and identified the problem and got the pool working on a short term basis. A few days later he gave us a reasonable estimate and we gave him the go ahead to order the new filter. When he got it he gave us an installation date, the man showed up on time and did the installation. Everything was great.

This is my go to pool repair company. They always do a great job at an affordable price. Highly recommend them.

Prompt to respond (same day). Courteous and friendly, BUT would not agree to provide a price range over the phone, to an actual Angie's List member. I had provided the measurements and offered photos, for him to be able to provide a price range over the phone, with no obligation. If quote within budget, I would invite him over, to inspect the job site, provide a formal quote, and sign job order. Can't understand why a company would not appreciate the fact that a CONFIRMED Angie's List member, with a phone number and actual address, is facilitating the process and saving them valuable time by making sure they will not come and waste several hours to provide an estimate that a home owner could not afford.

.IT TOOK ABOUT A MONTH TO FINISH. HE BECAME HOSTILE WHEN I QUESTIONED WHEN HIS MEN WERE COMING BACK AND SAID I WAS OUT OF ORDER NOT WAITING! I WAS ORIGINALLY TOLD TWO WEEKS AND I WAS IN NO HURRY SO WHEN IT STRETCHED OUT IT WAS NOT A PROBLEM. BUT HE WAS TO HAVE THE POOL TAKEN CARE OF FOR A MONTH AFTER FINISHING AND THE FIRST WEEK THE GUY WAS GREAT, REALLY TOOK CARE OF THE POOL. THE SECOND WEEK NO ONE SHOWED SO AFTER THREE DAYS I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED AND WAS TOLD THE NEW MAN COULD NOT OPEN THE UNLOCKED GATE. I LET THEM KNOW THAT HE COULD HAVE GONE BACK AT ANY TIME AND I WAS NOT HAPPY. WITH THAT THE OWNER GOT ON THE PHONE AND SAID HE WAS DONE WITH ME BECAUSE I HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE. SO I GUESS MY TEN YEAR WARRANTY IS WORTHLESS. PROBLEM 1. I BELIEVED A CONTRACTOR PROBLEM 2 I PAID HIM IN FULL WHEN THEY COMPLETED THE POOL. BUT NOT THE SERVICE A SMART PERSON NEVER TAKES A CONTRACTORS WORD AS FACT AND NEVER PAYS UNTIL THE JOB IS COMPLETE! I PAID BEFORE THE MONTH OF SERVICE TO CONTROL THE POOL. MY FAULT!!!.

I called the company and someone answered immediately and was able to schedule a visit for the following day. The technician arrived on time and told us there may be an issue with the tri-sensor cable or the system board. He said he was going to get a cable to try before going further. Two days later he returned late in the evening and tried a different cable. It proved to be the problem, but he did not leave the cable since it was borrowed from another client. He promised a call back on Saturday which did not happen. I called him on Monday and was told to search for the part on Amazon or Google. The intention was good. He did not want us to buy a cable we did not need, however the pool was going green after 10 days with no chlorine. I ordered the parts needed from a local retail pool store and they will be in today for me to install this evening.

Called Younique upon the recommendation of a local pool store. Pump about 1.5 years old stopped working. I had some time constraints and needed a prompt service call and repair. Didn't need to be same day, but within a day or two. The company that cleans my pool which has done occasional routine maintenance in the past could not come out for a few days, but Younique was there the next day. After doing some diagnostics, it indeed was the pump that died earlier than expected, although unfortunately it was slightly out of warranty. The tech came back a few short hours later with the new pump and everything was done quickly and professionally. The price for the service call plus the pump was less than I recall our "regular" maintenance company charging when we replaced the pump approximately 1.5 years ago. Plus I asked him to quote a price for a part or two and it was less than the other company charges. I really appreciated the prompt response of Younique Pools and certainly the quality and price as well. I will look to call them for future repairs and will look to get a quote from them for a pool resurface we are considering in a few months. Thanks again!

Even though Younique pools was a little more expensive bid than others I had gotten, I chose them because Joey, the owner, did the best at explaining things to me, said it would take the shortest amount of time, and offered to throw in a month of free service afterwards to make sure the pool was brushed and the chemicals were balanced. I was promised 2 weeks, and it took about 2 weeks, 4 days with only one rain day in that period. The problems started immediately when Younique pools sent someone out to drain my pool. He had no idea what to do with the water initially. Once it was determined it would go out front to my driveway, he started the pump. One hour later, the pump had already disconnected itself from the hoses. They came back later that night and repaired it. Again, within an hour, it broke...this time pouring all the pool water all over my backyard. They didn't come back until the next day to fix it again. On the third time it finally was done correctly. It took over 2 days to drain the pool. Once the pool was drained, the cracks were fixed and demolition of the tile took place over the next week. Younique explained to me that other jobs were getting delayed, so they had to delay mine. The one shining moment of this company were the laborers that came and tile and resurfaced the pool. They worked hard, efficiently and professionally. On the day of resurfacing, they had a tarp ready to go for the typical Florida showers and quickly covered their work while it rained. After the pool was done and filled, no one cleaned the tiles or polished the ladder railing as promised. We had to do that ourselves. Someone came to initially service the pool with chemicals, and again one week later, but that was it. I called and asked why no one had come out to service the pool, and was told they would call me back. No one did. Without the necessary brushing, the pressure built up and blew out my filter case. I had to replace that myself. I will not recommend this company to any friends.

Set up an appointment to review my current pool, which needs remodel coping and approx 1,000 of new deck pavers. Made appointment. I waited. I waited. I waited some more. No phone call. No Show. .........That's a sign. No Business!

It turned out pretty good. Chris was the one who completed the work and he did a good job. He showed me what I needed to know. I even call him recently with any pool questions. He is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Punctuality and communication are very important to me when I hire a contractor. Unfortunately, these traits do not appear to be as important to Younique Pool Renovations. Joe was punctual for our appointment to provide an estimate for services. However, he did not show as scheduled on Friday between 10:00 and 12:00 to take a template for the marble overflow and did not call to inform me of his delay. Staring at 1:00 up through 3:00 I made three calls and left two messages on his cell phone attempting to find out where he was. I finally called his office at 3:05 and they said they would contact him and he would call me. Just a few minutes later he called me back. Was he ignoring my calls and messages, I will never know. His excuse for not coming to my home was that he did not receive his work orders timely. He could have called to let me know he was running very late but it is apparent that it wasn?t important to him to do that. I informed him that my wife had been waiting and that not calling to inform us of the delay was unprofessional and discourteous. After a half-hearted apology from him he stated that he could come to my home later in the day but refused to provide a time. I told Joe that I was out of town but my wife would wait at home for him. I also asked that as a courtesy for him to call me before he came. Around 6:00 I was catching a flight back home so I called Joe to let him know my wife would be home waiting for him as agreed and that he did not need to call me first as I would not be able to answer my phone while on my flight. He did not answer his phone and I got his voicemail again so instead of leaving him another voicemail I sent him a text message stating my wife would be waiting and that I was on a plane and that he did not need to call me before coming. Never the less, at 6:15 Joe attempted to call me but my phone was off as required while in flight. He left me a message that said since I did not answer my phone he assumed that I was not home and would not stop by but he would try and stop by the next day (Saturday). I did not hear from him until Monday. I told Joe that I could not do business with a company that did not honor their commitments and treated the customer with such disregard.

I obtained 6 quotes for renovating our pool and pool deck. Younique was not the least expensive estimate, but I hired them because the owner, Joe, was positive, punctual and strait with me when I asked questions. He did not spend his time focusing on how incompetent the original installers were, but what we could do to correct the situation. The crew at Younique was nothing but professional, from selecting the tile, to attending to concerns and while the work was being performed. His tech not only did a great job with the repairs, but went out of his way to assist me with other issues and concerns we had that had no direct effect on the pool restoration. When the job was completed, the guys left no trace that they had been there. We still have 2 minor issues we are working out, but on a 40 something year old pool, that is to be expected. The deck part of the restoration was contracted directly with another company, All Star Pavers, who did a great job overall, but were not good in the clean up or finish work. This may have been bad luck, but Joe assured me they were taking steps to avoid this in the future. Younique's bill was $8400.00 and All Star Pavers $6100.00 I am so pleased with the work performed by Younique, we are hiring them again to Diamond Bright a pool at another home we have.

The company never followed through with getting any jobs done. It was a never ending waiting game and endless unanswered calls that all amounted to nothing. His staff can not operate without him and he is overworked ,makes a lot of empty promises, and can not pull it together.

I found this company on Angie's List. I am a property management, personal assistant, concierge and errand service. I have a new client who does not live in this area full time and has just purchased a home. The pool and filter/pump system were in very bad condition and I was tasked with finding a pool company to handle the updating and refinishing. I received multiple estimates. Younique not only had competitive pricing, but they were informative and willing to spend the time with me initially to be sure I was aware of all aspects of this project. The Owner came equipped with a copy of his licence, insurance and a reference list for my use. His professionalism and knowledge of his business made it an easy decision. The decision turns out to have been one of the best ones I've made. The Owner and his employees have all been friendly, courteous, professional, and easy to deal with. They were prompt with their service and did a fantastic job with the refinishing. The pool and spa look fabulous. We've even hired him to take care of the pool for its general maintenance and let go of the pool cleaning company we inherited when we purchased the home. You can't go wrong hiring this company! I would give them 5 out of 5 stars, and I will not hesitate to use them again and give their name to my clients in the future.

I called three companies to receive bids on resurfacing my pool with DiamondBrite and replacing the tiles around the pool and on the steps and bench. The lowest bidder never followed up with a written quote. The other two bids came within $100 of each other and I decided to go with Younique Pools because of the attention to detail that the owner, Joey, showed me when he came to look at the pool. He spent time with me explaining the process and options. I had question and concerns while the work was being done and Joey, Lori and Kevin answered them promptly and professionally. I would recommend this company for your pool needs.

They are very good. We have used them many times. They have always been responsive and competent. Their prices are reasonable.

Joey Younes, the owner, made a positive impression on his initial visit. His estimate was competitive. All employees and crew were very polite and courteous, and exceptionally hard working. They all gave 110%. We knew we had some equipment problems, and they were able to advise and correct at a reasonable additional charge.

It was almost impossible to find anyone to work on existing fountains...he was prompt , courteous and really went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased. The company is very professional and can do just about anything you need!

I had a small leak which was causing low or no flow to my pool. They were able to determine where the pipes were leaking and fix and reseal the area. They also lubicated my filter "silo" ( not sure of the technical name) and provided a new gasket. Now my pool is working like brand new again. This is the only company I will ever use for pool repairs and when its time to do a major project, such as resurfacing or a new pool pump etc. I will definatly give them a call. It's good to know there are some honest businesses out here that believe in doing quality work and taking care of there customers.

I called Younique for an estimate on a few pool remodel idea's I had. Joey sat down with me and discussed the best plan of action and cost. I believe the estimates were reasonable and plan on hiring Younique when we can go forward. Meanwhile, our pool pump broke and we had Younique install a new one. Very nicely done and the price was competitive

Representative was extremely helpful in choosing the design and materials for the job. He was present during the work. Also advised as to the filtration system and pumps. Workers were timely and neat. While not yet complete, we are satisfied with the project and the company.
