Younique Pool Renovations

Younique Pools completed the resurfacing of my pool with their Diamondbrite product. After 2 years the diamondbrite had bulging off the wall. As the diamondbrite was still within its warranty period I asked Younique Pools to come have a look. The billed me $100 for the visit and proceeded to blame the pool chemicals being used by my pool service contractor. They then quoted me to resurface the pool again for a similar price I had paid them 7 years ago. Needless to say I was very disappointed.

It went very well. Joey and his team are very professional. I'm very happy with the outcome.

I had my whole backyard re done with Younique Pools and they were very professional, punctual and did a great job. Each worker was super nice and answered any questions I had. Joey, the owner is very knowledgeable and I would definately recommend them to anyone and would use them again.

Even with a hurricane in the middle of the construction everything went smoothly and turned out beautiful.

Job exceeded my expectations. Workers cleaned up the end of each day. Work was done on schedule and on budget. We asked many questions and asked for suggestions which were promptly answered. We really leaned on them to help us down the decision process on tile selection. Things came out beautifully. I would 100% recommend Younique Pools.

I would rate their service A+++ if I could. Another pool company told me I needed all kinds of extensive and expensive repairs to fix a leak in my older pool. For a second opinion, I asked Joey from Younique to come out and examine the condition of the pool. He told me that in his very experienced opinion, my pool did NOT need all the work the other company was recommending. In fact, he told me to wait awhile longer before I do anything. He also told me that when I did decide to fix up the pool, I did NOT need all the repairs and replacements the other guy was trying to sell me. I was thrilled to hear this and very relieved that Joey had just saved me thousands of dollars! Everyone in his office and showroom were very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. And I was totally impressed with the explanations that Joey was giving me about the condition of my pool. I got a real education on pool construction and I can’t thank Joey enough for his professionalism and honesty. When it comes time to fix my pool, I know who I’m going to call. Thank you again, Joey.

Our home pool renovation was exceptionally complicated due to the size and age of the pool.. There were numerous changes we wanted, including relocating the underground plumbing, the pump and the filter tank. Younique Pools was committed to making all the changes and ensuring a quality finished product. In addition to the renovation, we added new LED lighting, pool heat (first time), and a new underwater bench, We upgraded the entire filtration system. We’re thrilled with the results. The new pool is exactly what we hoped for, and more. The team at Younique went above and beyond expectations at every turn. They’re professional and hard working. Every employee took ownership of the project, offering suggestions and working through problems, following up until we were completely satisfied. The company owner, Joey, has a knack for keeping everyone at ease, keeping the staff (and us) focused on quality, and paying great attention to detail. Our complicated remodel could not have been accomplished without all their hard work and unwavering commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We highly recommend Younique Pools for any project, large or small.

Everything went wonderfully. Consistently very professional and personable people. All the people in the office and on the project were great, helpful, responsive, nice and polite which always comes from the top. Everyone took the time to answer questions. The work was done quickly, cleanly and the pool is beautiful. The recommendation from the very nice, competent people at Pinch A Penny, whom I trust, was a great one. I didn't shop price and trusted the folks at Pinch A Penny and haven't looked back. Joey, the owner, is a great guy and spent time with us helping select the colors of the surface and tiles, and with questions before, during, and after the project. They are still kind enough to answer some general pool questions months later. Great people. Great work.

Overall it went great. They said it would take perhaps 3 weeks but they finished in only 1 week! Pool looks great and I only wish we had done it sooner. Yes, I would definitely recommend Younique. But one little reminder for everyone. If it's not in the contract...it's not included. If you need a new light...don't assume they're doing it. Put it in the contract ahead of time. Coping need to be fixed...put it in the contract. New skimmer? Same thing. I just assumed stuff was included but it wasn't in the contract. They were very fair...but it's MUCH EASIER to just negotiate ahead of time and have it all done in the contract.

Younique Pool Renovations replaced the copping, resurfaced the diamond brite and added a railing to our pool. This is a great company. Joey (the Owner) and all his employees, from the front office to the workers in the field, are very professional, conscience and have great pride in their work. Their quote was a little pricey, however, you get what you pay for and after seeing the results, I’m glad we chose them for my project. The workmanship was great and the job completed in a reasonable amount of time. They would ask how we liked their work and often stated “We’re not happy unless you’re happy. We did have a minor problem, however, Joey was quick to respond to our needs and the problem resolved promptly without question. I would definitely recommend Younique Pool Renovations for all your Pool projects.

they have repaired the same leak 2x and repaired a leaky pipe that they installed and charged me for all the leaks each time they came out and do not stand behind their work. When you call to schedule and appointment they don't show up until you call and speak to the owner Joey who is rude and does not care about their clients

Absolutely terrific results. Very professional. Well coordinated team. Once they began, they worked everyday until the job was finished. They kept us informed on the progressed and called everyday to advise us what to except that day. I would highly recommend Younique Pool Renovation.

Pretty impressive. Stated he was licensed above many others, stated Diamondbrite warranty could be transferred if we sell the house (false) and said would have and estimate by the end of the week. Also said he was active with young kids in church group. No further contact by him. I did not contact again because wasn't businesslike and not a good chance the results would be businesslike. No mistake, I did contact him. He said he would provide an estimate. He did not.

I was very pleased with the work done on pool. Further, there was no high pressure up-selling and lower cost options were offered. I don't recall the cost of the service but it was reasonable.

From the owner, to the secretary, to the person who actually provided the labor, the experience was top notch. The owner provided a solution to my problem that saved me thousands of dollars. When the larger project of renovating the pool becomes necessary, I am absolutely going with this company!

Went well, his quote was more than the other provider, but his presentaion and professionanism closed the deal it isn't always about the cheapest price.

The owner came out for the estimate. He was knowledgeable and had many great ideas as to what the kitchen could include. The project went well and took about 3 weeks which was reasonable given that I allotted for 6 weeks. When it was all done I had a beautiful stainless steel grill with matching deep set sink and extra burners, mini fridge, and cabinets for storage. The outside is covered in a natural color ledger stone and the counter top is dark granite (almost black). The craftsmanship is excellent and I must say I am very pleased. I have already used it about a dozen times this summer and I have found that the lay-out is great in terms of usable space and efficiency. I am having the same company redo my pool and can not wait to see what they come up with.

The quote was comparable to other companies I checked. After inspection of pool, the owner Joey had some suggestions that the other companies we were getting quotes from didn't even bring up. They were very professional and did a great job. The process went well and we are very happy with our new updated salt water pool. I would highly recommend them and if needed, I will use them again!

Pool has bubble in the diamond bride and cracks . contact Joe and his office they will not fix the problems.the cleaning service just stop coming out after we started complaining a lot about the cracks and bubble in the pool

They came in and provided a good written quote. Workers also arrived on time and performed the job. The skimmer was installed properly. My issue is with the bubblers is that when they were set in concrete no support was provided to keep the bubblers straight during the setting process. As a result the bubblers are not pointing straight as during the setting process the bubblers tilted due to drying process of concrete. I am now plastering the pool and this issue has been discovered I have to redo the bubblers essentially rip them out to straighten them. The work quality of Younique was clearly not to the standards in this case.

It took a few visits by workers over a 2 week period. I wasn't in a rush and they were aware of that. Everything was done as I wanted it. The cost is above average, but not excessive. It's the cost of good work. I would use them again and recommend them.

Joey, the owner came out, did a thorough inspection and within a couple of days I received a quote that was very competitive with other companies I contacted. Since construction was still going on with the exterior of the house we agreed to wait on starting the work until that completed. Once I contacted them to begin work it took about a week to get on the schedule. Once the pool was emptied and work began that went very quick. In all the major work was done and Herman who did the installation of the electronics and pumps, filter was great. The only down side to all this was a bit meager on the instruction side. Having never owned a pool I wanted a bit more time to understand the operation and parts. But as for the work I would highly recommend them and just double check that the contract has all the elements that you discuss with Joey.
