Description of Work: I have taken my car to Rick Case Honda many times since moving to Fort Lauderdale in 1992. This time, I took my 1997 Honda Del Sol to their Express Service area after receiving a "free" oil change (for donating blood) at a nearby Tire Kingdom. Tire Kingdom told me that my rear brakes had to be completely redone and had to be replaced immediately for a cost of $450. I doubted this since I had not had any problems, so I told them I only have work done at Honda dealerships which they did not like. I also told them I would go down the street to Rick Case to have them check it out. Tire Kingdom told me that if I left without repairing the brakes it would be a "safety issue" and that they would not be responsible if I had an accident. I said I managed to drive 20 miles there, I was sure that the car could make it one more mile down the street. All I told the Rick Case Express Service staff when I turned the car in was that I wanted to have the brakes checked. They took my car immediately, and within 45 minutes checked the car out and reported that the brakes were absolutely fine. I questioned them extensively, but they were very insistent that they had removed the wheels and inspected the brakes as well as done a test drive and there were NO PROBLEMS. They did say I would have to have the brake pads replaced due to wear in the next year or so, but that there was absolutely nothing mechanically wrong with my brakes, front or rear. I don't even recall that they charged me anything for checking the brakes, but I put down $20 as a guess in case they did. Their staff have always been honest with me and have never recommended unnecessary work. Their prices are fair, and the work excellent. I continue to be a happy customer, and will continue to have my car serviced there!

 + -1 moreI went to their showroom to look at the scooters since I had been thinking of purchasing one. I was greeted by Bryan, one of their salesmen. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He explained everything about the scooter to me and made me feel secure in my decision. He did not pressure me into anything and was very up front about everything. When it came time to negotiate, I felt that I got a good deal and that the dealer did also. He helped in loading the scooter onto my pick up truck and made sure that it was secured. After the sale, he called me at home several times to make sure that I was able to get the scooter off the truck and to make sure that everything was going well. I was very pleased with the way that I was treated by Bryan and the dealer and I highly recommend them.
