I have been going there for regular maintenance for about 5 years now. If something comes up, I wind up going. They conducted warranty service on a recall. There was no charge. It was a Honda recall so it involved software upgrades to the car. They reprogramed some of the sensors. They follow up, they will contact the customer within 24 hours of completing a repair to check and see if everything was running as expected and everything was done to the customers satisfaction. I would recommend them to a friend due to their level of training. They are very well versed in all of the systems of the Honda brand. So they can handle just about anything that comes up and knows exactly what to do about it as opposed to others.

The maintenance for my vehicle.  That has been done on schedule and everything has been fine. It was a muli point inspection in addition to an oil change.

I had a problem with them. They damaged a bumper on my car. It didn't go in there like that but it came out like that. They would not even discuss it. They damaged it, 100% damaged it. They wouldn't take any responsibility for it. Now I have to buy a new car. Do you think I feel like going back to Rick Case, no because they did that. 100%, they did that. They scratched it up alot. The front bumper, they had taken it off because it was in there for body work. It wasn't in there for the bumper. They really messed it up and would not admit to it. They were doing work on my car. They asked my husband to bring something, I can't remember why he was over there. He noticed that they had the front bumper off. He said why do you have that off. Why do you have the bumper off. They gave him some stupid reason or maybe they just said it is not yours. When I got the car back and saw that. This car did not come in here like that. I called the salesman that sold it to me. I told him, they damaged that and they are not taking responsibility. I am not going to buy another car from you, if you do not talk to them so they own up to what they did. They did damage it. There is no question about it. That was not like that. The manager would not call me back. The body manager, wouldn't call back, the general manager wouldn't call back. They were very nasty. No call backs. It is not only that.

They have multiple dealerships and so, we have been with them for a long time. I have been going there for like 15 years. When I go for service because I have a Honda, they do everything they need to do to keep my car safe. I don't feel like they have ever taken advantage of me. They keep all of my past records on file and so they know who I am.

Good service, they use original parts on my Honda. The oil they use is 100% synthetic which is what is recommended by Honda. The price is a little high but well worth it.

This is the second time I have purchased a car from Rick Case Honda, and both times Camilo Cortes has been my salesman. He has made my car buying an easy and stress-free experience. The first time I purchase a new Pilot off the lot, it has been a worry free vehicle  for my family and I, but the kids have now grown and I had my eye on something sportier. I told Camilo what I wanted, make, model, features, color, and price. He located the vehicle at another Rick Case dealership in Georgia and had it shipped to the Honda dealership in Davie, FL. Camilo even went in to work on his day off for me to make sure everything was went smoothly at delivery. I love my new car and I am so happy to have Camilo at my side, working hard to make my car buying a great experience. If you stop by, ask for him, you will be glad that you did!

We've been there a long time, so they are good. Their hours are great; they are open all the time for service maintenance. They are pretty fast and simple. We don’t have to wait a long time.

We went to Rick Case to purchase a new Accord. We had done research previously, but the salesman was very helpful. He took us through various models and colors, and we ultimately selected a model that was not in the relatively large stock at hand. The quoted price seemed quite reasonable.
We have used auto brokers in the past, but we wanted to look at actual cars, and if the cost was within $1000 or so wanted to buy directly from the dealer since it's only fair to reimburse them for the expense involved in maintaining a physical site.
However when we went to sign the contract, all sorts of charges were added. We had dealt with stuff like this years ago before - this is why we started to use auto brokers - but I expected better of this particular dealer. It was unpleasant, high pressure, and quite time-consuming. My spouse wanted to conclude things so we did not walk out, but I estimate this cost us about $1500 to $2000. We realized later how little care was taken for customer-friendly details. Here is one example: one might expect even a small automobile dealer to know that it will cost the customer about $150 extra to order a new plate rather than transfer the old one, but Rick Case automatically ordered a new plate without offering or discussing the option.
When we picked up the car a week later it was all business. There were no warm greetings, no and quot;do you have any questionsand quot; - not much but and quot;here's your car and we're busy.and quot;
We will use another dealer or an auto broker next time.

I enjoyed not having to make an appointment (used their and quot;expressand quot; service). Everyone was very professional. My preference would be for salesmen to not circulate and schmooze while customers wait, but those few who did so were fairly discreet about it.

I love going to Rick Case Honda for my service needs. They always do such a great job and I feel the price is always fair. People seem to have the perception that going to the dealer is more expensive than going to other repair shops, but I personally would never take my car (a 1997 Honda Del Sol) ANYWHERE else.
I made the mistake twice in the past of trying to take to other (non-dealer) places in the past, and both times it was a fiasco. The one repair shop outright lied and told me that the noisy a/c belt that needed tightening was in fact my timing belt needing to be replaced and they wanted $400 to replace a timing belt on a car that only 40,000 miles at the time. I'm not a car mechanic, but even I know that is WRONG. I took it Rick Case and only told them the engine was making a noise to see what they would say and they tightened the offending belt and didn't charge me a thing.
The other time I made the mistake of taking my car somewhere else, I had gotten a coupon for a and quot;freeand quot; oil change at a tire place in exchange for donating blood. I took my car to the tire place when it opened at 7AM on a Saturday morning, I was only the 2nd customer there. I waited nearly 3 hours and my car was still not and quot;doneand quot;, in fact, it was on a lift with all the tires removed. Now, again, I am no mechanic but who takes the wheels off to change the oil!!! I complained to the staff and when the manager came out to speak to me, he claimed that my rear brakes were and quot;shotand quot; and that they needed repair ASAP for a cost of $400. I smiled and said thank you for letting me know, but I only have dealerships work on my car and that I would be taking my car down the street to Rick Case to have it checked out. He quickly became panicky and said and quot;Well, we're not responsible for anything that happens if you leave here without the repairand quot; and I pointed out I had driven 20 miles there to have the oil change just fine and that Rick Case was only a mile away. Mind you, I had not had any issues with my brakes nor had they made any noise prior this incident.
I took my car to Rick Case immediately and only asked that they check the brakes, specifically the rear brakes, again not giving any details about what I had been told by the tire shop. They came back and said the brakes were fine, no issues and I had plenty of brake pad left on BOTH front and back and they should be good for some time. Again, NO CHARGE. I told the staff what happened at the at the tire shop and they just shook their heads.
So my point is that Rick Case Honda will NOT do work on your car unless you NEED it. No fake repairs, no BS, just good honest, fairly priced repair work. My 1997 Honda Del Sol has over 210,000 miles on it, original engine, etc., and it looks and runs GREAT. People try to buy it from me all the time but I love it so much. I give a lot of credit not only to Honda for making a quality car, but also to Rick Case for maintaining it so well. I've been taking my car their since I moved to South Florida in 2002, and I will continue taking it there!

We like the service rep we work with since he is easy to work with and if there is something that is not needed to be replaced he would let us know. We take it there because they are a dealership.

They are very good, indeed. Although my car is 10 years old and it had about 70 thousand miles, I don't think the transmission should go at 70 thousand miles. I did get some discount from them but it is still a very hefty bill. They are excellent apart from that and I can't talk bad about them. The service they did so far is that it's working. The car came back and they did it on time. They did everything they said. I have taken in for servicing before and they are very quick and efficient. Rick Case was okay and they helped me out. They gave me the name of the Honda guy who was dealing with claims. I was trying to get the guy to pay for it and he would only give me 25 percent. Dealers aren't known for the best pricing. Everything they have done so far for me has been good. They are very professional.
