"Martinez Wood Floors was AMAZING. Hector, the owner, personally came to the initial inspection/estimate and throughout the entire time was accessible, professional and responsive. I shopped and compared various prices and Hector was very affordable in comparison to the rest of the companies i interviewed. AND his work is INCREDIBLE. My floors, despite being 70 years old, LOOK NEW! Certain planks that had to be removed and replaced due to stain or deterioration were done with exacting precision and match the existing floor. "I had to find a reliable, trustworthy service person to repair major floor damage in my elderly mom’s bathroom (sub-floor had to be replaced, new flooring and vanity installed) in her home due to a deteriorated wax toilet seal. I found that person in Dean. Not only was he very experienced, he was professional, an expert in his craft and made my mom’s old bathroom look like new. He kept my sisters informed of the process till completion and my mom was so happy with the new flooring and vanity that was installed in less than 2 days. We will definitely keep DVS flooring on speed-dial as he was a god send. And we have additional repair projects for my mom’s home in the coming months that I will be using DVS Flooring to complete. I have attached some before and after pictures of his good work."
