"Sergio was amazing! He was able to use the existing materials we at at the house. ( We tried to DIY it and it did not go well.) I had several other companies come out and look at it and many of them said it could not be repaired and must be replaced. That would have been a $15,000-$20,000 job. I explained to Sergio that we needed it fixed so that we could pass the inspection for the appraisal of the home and the refinance that we are in the process of completing. I explained that my husband was an over the road truck driver and I could not wait for him to get home to get it completed. I also explained that we did not have all the tools that we needed to get it done ourselves and I was worried about it not being repaired correctly. Fixing the handicap rail was a godsend as well as replacing the batteries in all 10 smoke alarms. We also had our laundry door rehung as it needed to be switched from opening in to opening out.
