Wonderful. There were multiple staffers present, and the owner took the time to explain everything in great detail. Although more expensive than the rest, well worth it I think! Would definitely hire again!

I scheduled service with Shawn on a Monday morning. He was there early and eager to get started. He spent about four hours inspecting the home I wanted to purchase. He's kind and professional and took the time to explain what he was doing. The report he sent back was extremely thorough with pictures and detailed explanations of any potential problem areas. I truly felt as if Shawn wanted to make sure I was buying a good home! Genuine guy, detailed inspection, quick and easy-to-read results. A+

Excellent. Very good communication before the inspection. The inspection report came back in a very timely manner. It was detailed without being overwhelmingly detailed. We felt like we were able to make a very informed decision after seeing it. After we closed on the property we had a contractor come in to perform some repairs. He found nothing that Norris Property Inspectors hadn't already alerted us to, which makes me feel confident that we got a great inspection!

He supossed do a inspection of a home that I am buying. He spoke with me over the phone and he schedule his service for today. I text him this morning just to check if everything us up, but no answer, the seller of the house drove all the way from Central Florida to Destin just for the the inspection, 5:00pm today the seller call me very upset saying nobory has show up. Try to call him couple times, could not leave him a message since his voice mail was full.
