I got a quote from another company and I got a quote from Lowe's. Lowe's were a lot less than another company. They were very good. I had a minor problem with the install job and they came right back out. They took care of it right away.

Purchased a GE Washer at the DeLand Lowe's store on Friday, 5/23/2014, set up delivery date for Sunday, 5/25/2014. Sales associate told me when to expect a call from the driver and what all was included in the and quot;free deliveryand quot; process. Every detail was followed as described by the sales associate! Washer was hooked up, run through a short cycle to be sure it worked properly, delivery staff explained how the washer worked on different cycles. My old washer was removed and taken away. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the sales and delivery personnel.

Lindsey was very helpful. It took a while for the tech at Graber for the shutters to get with me for a measurement. The blinds and verticals went really well and will be installed on 11/7. Shutters wont be until 12/20 but Lowes is providing temporary blinds to cover windows until then. Very helpful.

Used Reliable Plumbing for reworking the plumbing and putting in a new garbage disposal which was also purchases from Lowe's. We will definitely use him again for future plumbing needs. He was prompt, pleasant and helpful.

I like it there and their prices are comparable with other big box stores.

I was pleased with the estimate and the people who came out to install them. It made a huge difference in my house. I did get a rebate from the power company and the IRS.

I have already paid them the money and they are scheduled to come out and perform the actual work. They gave me a quote of $1350 and were excellent which is why I chose to go with them. They were very helpful and very thorough with their knowledge on the products.

They did an excellent job. They were really fast and very professional.

They had a new subcontractor. When they were finally done, we were satisfied that the installation was a disaster. Lowe's followed up on that and they are not using that subcontractor anymore. It really wasn't Lowe's fault. They arrived without the proper tools and they didn't have enough people to do the work. They asked if my husband would help them with the work. Their truck was in our driveway and it leaked oil all over our driveway. They had to borrow tools from us to fix their truck. They kept asking personal questions like how much we paid for the tiles. Lowe's apologized to us when we reported this. We would Lowe's again only because they are not using that subcontractor anymore.

They did a good job.

all the flooring went well, the finish trim work was terrible

Their customer service has been very good and everything has been fine.

We were very pleased with them. They came when they said they would be here. They came on time. They supervised the job right. They went the extra mile. If they had to, they did it. If we had to return something, they took it back, no questions asked. The price was fair. It wasn't discounted by any means, but it certainly wasn't out of sight.
