Description of Work: I was given a window of 1-4 pm for the electrician to arrive. At 3:40pm, I called to find out where he was. The operator checked and said he had been delayed and wondered if it was okay for him to come in about 1 1/2 hours. I indicated that I would have appreciated a call rather than sitting around waiting. I was rescheduled for the next morning at 8:00am. When I woke the next morning, I had a voice mail message on my cell phone: "I know the technician was to be there at 7:00am, but his father died last night and we need to reschedule". My sympathies are with the technician, but it sounded like the office had him coming an hour before he was schedule. I will find a different electrician.

Thank you for taking the time to post your review. I do apologize for the inconvenience in the scheduling. Unfortunately on some jobs when dealing with electric there are unforeseen circumstances and the technicians do run over. This pushed your call to the end of the day. I have addressed the issue with the in house staff to ensure better communication with customers. For the 7am appointment yes our technicians father passed away over night and the message was received at 7:30am. A call was placed to you immediately after we received notice. Description of Work: I had a 50A GFI circuit breaker installed and wired to a new pool heat pump. Daniel was punctual, professional, knowledgable, and informative, and his workmanship was of the highest quality. Only issue was he did not have any #6 AWG wire or conduit on his truck, so he had to run to Home Depot. He honored the Angie's List price of $100/hr, and did not charge for the run to the store.
