EVERYTHING WENT VERY SMOOTH , DAVID AND HIS WIFE TRISHA WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE . THERE WAS NO DELAY AND THEY DID THE JOB FROM A-Z. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE . I LOVE MY NEW ROOF AND VERY SATISFY AND HAPPY WITH THE WORK THEY DID.
I would NOT recommend this company. In my opinion he underbid the metal roofing contract for my home. Ameri-CON Enterprises, INC., only had 2 other metal roof contracts in 2018 in Lake Placid Fl and both roofs were more expensive than my roof and they did not have a 12/12 dramatic pitch. One roof was $2000.00 more for a one story ranch. My roof was the last of the 3 he permitted. Mr Kielb negotiated the price with my insurance adjuster directly and then 45 days after being paid $14,448.00 And telling my adjuster materials are ordered David Kielb sent a text on 6-26-2018 asking me if a lifetime warranty 50 year shingle roof with labor and material was an option? Why send this text when he could not produce the 50 year non-prorated warranty he wrote in his text? I found out that David Kielb is not a preferred vendor to offer this warranty per Owens Corning but he did offer it in writing if you would like me to send it to you. He put a 10 year prorated roof on my home that 4 roofing reports claim it does not meet code and filed the warranty with Owens Corning 16 days AFTER FINAL INSPECTION 10 years prorated! I have filed complaints Against Ameri-con and David Kielb wrote a letter he submitted to the government in response to my complaints. He writes he , I wanted to save money. So he offered me a shingle roof with a boat house to “Save Me Money?” His next paragraph claims he cancelled my siding contract because I changed the date.... but thats not what David Kielb wrote in an e-mail to me “his old age and forgotten dermatology appointment is the reason he could not start”. And I wanted my money back! Ameri-con was in possession of $23874.00 of my money for 53 days for siding and never issued a permit he was paid for and the “promised siding materials he wrote to me were ordered that were never delivered!” David Kielb continues in the next paragraph I owe him $5690.32 and he hopes I pay in good faith” but thats is not what he told me or my lender..... David & Trisha Kielb went directly to my lender and sent them and e-mail if Ameri-con does not have payment by 10/29/2018 he is placing a LIEN on my home and his wife Trisha Kileb VP of Ameri-con confirmed they are putting a LIEN on my property 10/29/2018 in an e-mail to me. The last line in the letter David Kielb says “I got the roof I wanted but in my opinion I got the roof David Kielb put on my home to avoid a loss to his company instead of honorIng the roof he underbid with my insurance company . The quote I received for the same roof is almost $30,000 more than Ameri-cons roof contract? Homeowners Beware
We are well known respected company within the community. We are pleased with the assistance that [Member Name Removed] was given throughout the renovation roofing process. We unfortunately cannot seam to please Ms. [Member Name Removed], but the funny thing is, Ms. [Member Name Removed] has never once contacted AEI in regards to any of her concerns directly &/or complaints with the so called improperly installed completely APPROVED PERMITTED INSTALLED ROOF on her home. We went above & beyond in regards to repairing the severely damaged under structure of [Member Name Removed] home. We have pictures that show the before & after. Of course to this day, we have still not been paid for this work. This work was approved by all parties & Ms. [Member Name Removed]. The siding contract was cancelled by Ms. [Member Name Removed] & her deposit money was given back, after we confirmed with ALL parties concerned that we were no longer going to be the contractor of record for ANY work on [Member Name Removed] home. This was surely to protect AEI'[Member Information Removed] concerns we had moving forward/& away from [Member Name Removed] home. As you can see, this was for good reason! 17 months later still being harrassed, barraded, & having our good name questioned. We will say we are quite disappointed in her accusations & unfounded hatred for AEI. Especially, after all we had done for her. Although unlike Ms. [Member Name Removed] and all she has done to damage our fine reputation, we wish her the best. Sincerely AEI
Always went great, showed up on time, always cleaned up daily, did what they said they were going to do. Estimates are very detailed, no margin for misunderstandings. I have referred them to friends, who have also used them.
They did a great job. They arrived on time, were neat and clean. I would definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them.

Amazingly well. They made it look simple, cleaned up afterwards, and were surprisingly quick. Couldn't be happier. Just make sure you understand the materials they have in stock vs. those they have to order, and the prices of each. Make sure it's as clear as day what they are selling you so there is no misunderstanding. Short of that, you will be totally impressed. I would hire this same team in a heartbeat for any project. So impressed!
Exceptionally pleased with the results. Deck was completed in 2 days time, entire project completed in 9 days. Rich was accurate with his time frame and the results. Was also given a months free pool service as a bonus! Would use them again in the future.
They had to pull bushes and plants and level the back out by adding block to the back everything came out awesome pavers were very level and matches the existing ones price was very reasonable
Dave was amazing. He responded to my call and was out to give me a quote on the next day. My project was started 09/05/2016 and completed within 2 weeks. I have a beautiful pool deck and "brand new" pool. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family...and actually did! My neighbor also had her driveway done with them.
