Description of Work: After my accident I needed a complete front end replacement: hood, grill and bumper. They made all the work with the insurance company and rental car really easy - even having the rental company bring a car to me. It took much longer than I had hoped (3 weeks) for the repair but it seemed like it was more an issue with approval from my insurance company than the time it took them to do the work. The end result of the repair was phenomenal.

Description of Work: I have actually used Collision Tec on several occasions. I would not use anyone else. This time they repaired my rear bumper. On previous occasions, they have repaired upholstery in the rear seat, and the front end from a collision. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and with the auto rental company. The work was so good that it is impossible to tell that the car was ever damaged. The staff is friendly, and work is done in a timely manner. I only actually paid my deductible for all repairs except in the case of the upholstery repair, which cost $100.

The office manager sat down with me and we went over the options, and at all times she was honest, helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend Collisiontec.

I was able to return my rental car to them, saving me an extra trip. Additionally, the person who cleaned the interior of the car found a watch that I thought was lost. I would absolutely do business with them again.

A few years later, I had an animal strike on my vehicle, but due to Florida laws I opted to do the work myself.
