The scheduler put us behind another project because it was a larger project, he actually told me it was a larger job than ours and he put them ahead of ours. I called the head office and actually spoke to a man over the projects and explained we didn’t understand why the scheduler put ours off for another project. Our floors were down to cement, we were ready to have it finished. He was so nice, had them at our home the next day or so and gave us a discount to make up for the scheduler’s actions.
