First of all, it should be noted that Jeff responded to my email very quickly. This was post-Ian hurricane times when everybody was blowing off Customers thinking that the gravy train would run forever. He was able to revamp the entire back and front yards for a very reasonable price including sprinkler system, sod, rock, choiceoftrees and plants that would be easily maintained. He even indulged me in my 2 favorite fruit trees. Meyer lemon and kumquat!!! The entire project was done remotely From my home in Colorado period he quickly exchanged photos had Created mockups that would help me imagine the possibilities of my beautiful home in Florida becoming an amazing getaway now.!!! His emails and texts were always returned within an ample amount of time, and he didn't ask for crazy amounts up front to begin the work. Highly highly highly recommend.

Not happy with project.

Tidewater did a nice job with our design. When we noticed that some of the work was incomplete though, we could not get a resolution. We sent pictures of our issue and he responded that he would look into it. He never came out and will no longer respond to us. We are very disappointed with his lack of customer service, so we cannot recommend the company.

I hired Tidewater to remove an oak tree that was damaging my paver driveway. Contract was to remove the oak, grind the stump and repair the driveway. Tree was removed, but stump was barely ground and pavers were done poorly with many pavers left over. Also sprinkler was damaged. This was 4 months ago. Repeated calls and texts go unanswered or with promises to resolve, but never shows up. I have a huge stump in my yard and water puddles up every time the sprinklers come on. Driveway is poorly done. I do not recommend this company at all and will now have to hire another to complete the job. $7,000 felt very taken advantage of.

Work was done quickly, efficiently and absolutely lived up to everything promised. Will recommend Jeff and the Tidewater crew to anyone needing landscape projects. I love my yard!

On time great job

After our pool was installed, I hired Jeff and his crew to landscape. Since I am not a professional landscaper, I left it up to him to design. Jeff managed to make our back and side yard look like new within our budget. He has even helped us maintain by repairing a couple of plants that did not make it I sent him a photo, he replaced it. I highly recommend Tidewater landscape

Awful experience. This was a new design we had done by a landscape architect. Everything went fine at first. Once Jeff, owner of Tide Water Landscape, was paid, he would not show up to do the follow-up work. He provided a warranty on the plants. We had a few that died and he SAYS he will show up on the day, but NEVER does what he says he will do. To date, he has not replaced the plants. I would never use him again.

Jeff and his crew did an amazing job. I love the new landscaping! Great communication and job was completed very quickly. Will definitely use Tide Water Landscaping again in the future.

I was impressed with Tidewater Landscape and the workers who helped make our landscape beautiful. We had them install Scott's Provista Grass, took our design for our flagpole memorial and made it a reality. They also removed several bushes and a couple trees. After they were finished, my lawn was impressively beautiful. We have already received numerous compliments on the work they did. I would recommend them to anyone needing any type of landscape work done. A++ job

Very professional. They also had some wonderful and creative ideas. They followed up immediately on any questions and were flexible and accommodating with making changes. They submitted a schedule and were right on time. I highly recommend this company. I am very pleased with the work and the outcome!

Jeff was extremely professional, listened to concepts, created plans on our desire and not his, extremely responsive and timely! The team did an excellent job with install and cleanup, which was also very quick! I donâ t think you could find a better interaction with a company from start to finish.

Good price - great service - on time - did what they said they would do - great workers answered all questions- gave good suggestions- the job they did was fantastic - I can send you pictures of before and after and you can see for your self - did my complete job and work for my neighbors all in one and a half days - call Jeff and he will take care of you

The owner has been in the landscaping business on the commercial side for many years. He really knows what he's talking about and is very nice to work with. His crew is very hard working and the job was done in a Flash! Everything was done as I requested. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them highly.
