"Mr. Quinones was responsive, polite, and friendly. He knew he would be working with peel-&-stick (which was my mistake and I owned that BUT had NOTHING to do w/ his mistake!!) When he ?finished? he said I needed to order 3 more rolls ($100 ea) as he could only get 1 6? panel from ea 12? roll! In the moment it looked lovely, but I was confused about needing more paper and being asked to pay him the balance. After he left I examined much more closely and realized the paper did not line up!! I was very upset and immediately texted him. He did not take any responsibility as the professional wallpaper hanger and ultimately blamed me! ( I still have every text). He agreed to come out and redo it all from scratch, which he did and it looks great, but I am out $900 in new wallpaper I had to purchase because of HIS MISTAKE! I do not understand how he thinks he does not owe me $900. If I had hired someone else, I would not have had to replace $900 of wallpaper due the professional?s mistake. "

As my daughter said, "Rudolf is a 10/10" Details: We engaged Holden Handyman Inc to completely gut renovate the two bathrooms in our home in Williamsburg/ Orlando FL. Rudolf set us at ease from our first conversation. We weren't exactly sure of the layout and design but he walked with us and talked us through both spaces as we crafted a shared picture of what we wanted. He set and met expectations from the beginning; about process, price, start and end times and outcomes. We had many glitches (mostly supply chain delays and mistakes by Home Depot) but Rudolf was patient and calmly worked through them. He communicated clearly and continually throughout and -last but certainly not least- he delivered an EXCEPTIONAL product. We are absolutely thrilled with our showroom quality bathrooms. The final product exceeded our every expectation and Rudolf has worked on the back end to make sure everything is perfect for us I am a mechanical engineer and have personally managed or participated in hundreds of construction/ contractor engagements over my 40 year career. This (relatively) small project stands head and shoulders above every one of them. If you have bathrooms that need to be renovated you will not find a better company than Holden Handyman Inc to do it."

"I gave him the list of things I needed done and kept waiting for him to get back to me with a price quote. He kept changing his price quote and then kept putting off starting the work. He then asked me for $150 in advance for materials but refused to show me a receipt and i suspect he only bought about $15 in supplies. I myself had already spent about $750-800 in materials. He was an hour late the 1st day and already upset with me because he had to pick up supplies at Home Depot and due to a misunderstanding on his part had gone to the wrong part of the store He made some personal remarks that were very offensive to me. He was also very rude and disrespectful to his son who was helping him and he kept disappearing to talk on the phone. One of the things he was paid to do was fix the toilet which he did wrong and messed up worse than it was before he started. He also left the toilet seat completely off the toilet. He had originally told me it would be an all day, 2-day job but at one point he disappeared and when I went to look for him he was in his truck and had been in there for 45 minutes "figuring out my bill" which i suspect was him trying to figure out how he could charge me the total $500. When all was said and done he charged me $500 for about $150 worth of work, including a new stup finder because his had broken, so apparently now I have to pay for it. He refused to show me a receipt and he was out the door by 3pm, after sitting in his truck since 2pm. He will not be doing anymore work for me and he will no longer be allowed on my property because i feel he robs people. I feel that he felt he could take advantage of me because I am a disabled woman living by myself. He had made a point to ask whether or not I lived alone or had any nearby family, making me think that when he heard that I didn't he assumed I was fair game to be taken advantage of."
