He stopped by my home in 15 minutes, surveyed the job, made a fair quote (after 2 others here for same), accepted and completed the job within the hour. "I phoned the company at approx. 7.15 pm on Tuesday evening last week expecting to leave a message for a return calls the next day; Tim answered the phone while he was out running! He asked if he could call me back within the hour and trues to his word he did. My wife and I are selling our house (under contract) and the only item from the appraisal that needed addressing was to replace the back service door and frame in our garage. We knew we need to get this done ASAP to avoid possible delays in the closing date.
