 + -1 moreA week went by without so much as a telephone call. We called and left them a message which they never answered. We finally went to the store and asked for our money back the owner of the store was nasty to us and said we had a poor attitude. THEY are the ones who NEVER called or answered our messages. If I can?t get delivery or an answered phone call WHAT would happen if the AC needed service In their adds it says veteran owned, good for them. They never offered any discount like Lowes or Home depot does. I?m a disabled combat vet, National Appliance treated me like the Taliban anyway!
Description of Work: On May 23 2013 we went to National Appliance warehouse to buy an air conditioner. We paid for the ac unit as well as delivery & installation. It was promised to us on that Day according to the receipt.
