 + -1 moreThe answer that I got, I didn't like, but I didn't have too much of a problem. There was no cost for the service. The service was great. All I had to do was take a picture and upload the picture of the item and they sent me an answer within a couple of days. I never had to go to the actual shop. I did everything online. I took a picture and then they e-mailed me because they wanted some additional information. I gave them the additional information and they immediately answered. Even though when I called them they were in the middle of moving the store from D.C. to Rockville, they still replied very quickly.
