"This is a great company.  We called them on an emergency basis due to our main sewer line backing up and overflowing into our house.  They came out on and snaked the line and got the water draiing again.  The owner, Steve, came out the next day due to the clog not being completely removed.  He put a camera in the line and diagnosed the problem - a lot of tree roots.  He then proceeded to work his tail off for two hours to clear the roots.  I know the line will eventually need to be replaced, but at least he bought us some time.  Now we can financially plan for the line replacement.  In the meantime, Atomic Rooter will be back once a year to prophylactically snake the line so we don't have any further sewage floods - Yuck!"

"Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday.
